In the context of the globalized markets of the 21st century, the social importance of 'practical wisdom' may even increase. Keeping in mind the heart-warming bond between a grandparent and his/her grandchild, the Social Services Group, IIM Kozhikode, in collaboration with N.E.S.T of Pain and Palliative Care, Koyilandy, organized a district-wide event named after this immensely popular book. . The contest was launched on November 21 with the desire to restore this special bond and increase social sensitivity between children and their parents.

The success of this event lies in the fact that it touched a number of parents, who understand the deepening of the gap between parents and their children and the beginning of a beautiful friendship between the two. SSG will continue such sincere effort to achieve its objective of increasing children's interaction with elders, developing a sense of caring, belonging to grandparents in children and developing them into conscientious and socially responsible citizens. .

CRESTCRESTCREST

It is truly moving to convince your audience of the feelings the character is experiencing and, on certain lucky occasions, stir some in them. The play chronicled the story of Jack – brilliantly drawn by Ankur Pandit – who maintained different identities in the town and city for convenience. We followed it up with Mahesh Dattani's 30 Days in September – the play that can leave you numb, helpless or transformed.

Against the backdrop of division, the play addressed the trauma of the times that still lingers in the collective mindset of both nations.
