2ND COUNSELLING-CUM-ADMISSION INTO 02 YEARS M.Sc PROGRAMMES - 2014
The 2nd counselling-cum-admission into M.Sc. Programme-2014 of Physics department of the University shall be held in the Academic Section of this University from the 1st provisional list of the remaining qualified candidates, in order of merit, already published in the University website: www.vssut.ac.in vide No.VSSUT/ACD/765 Dated 23.07.2014 as per schedule given below. The candidates called for counselling may report the University with required documents and fees for admission into M.Sc. Programme 2014 as per the scheduled date and time. The candidates reporting after 11:00 AM on the scheduled date shall not be considered for counselling. The counselling -cum-admission shall be done strictly on the merit basis among the candidates reported on scheduled date and time. No separate intimation letter shall be sent to concerned candidates for the counselling.

The document verification shall be carried out in Academic Section of this University and fee in the form of bank draft shall be collected on the spot after successful verification of the documents. The provisional selection on the basis of the merit shall automatically stand cancelled if the candidates do not present physically within stipulated time and submit the required documents at the time of counselling for admission. The candidate shall be allowed to take admission on production of valid photo identity card (such as Voter ID Card, Adhar Card, PAN Card, Driving License, Pass Port etc.) The authority reserves the right to refuse provisional admission in the event of non-fulfillment of any of the requirements. The list of documents to be produced by the candidates at the time of provisional admission and fees details are enclosed herewith for information of all concerned. As there is limited number of seats available in the Halls of Residence, the Hall accommodation shall be provided strictly on the merit basis if available. The candidates interested for Hall accommodation may contact Dean, Student’s Welfare.
