窓口業務休止について（お知らせ）
下記のとおり窓口業務を休止します。

１．年末年始：平成 30 年 12 月 29 日（土）～平成 31 年 1 月 3 日（木）
２．センター試験準備日：平成 31 年 1 月 18 日（金）
３．学部入学試験実施により：平成 31 年 2 月 22 日（金）～２６日（火）
※ 証明書の発行は、土･日･祝日、窓口休止日を除く、和文３日後、英文約２週間後と なっていますのでご注意ください。

In principle, certificates will be issued three days after the date of the application. English certificates take about two weeks after the date of the application. (This excludes Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, and Office holiday.)
証明書の年内発行分の受付は､次のとおりといたします｡
英文証明書 12月17日（月）まで 和文証明書 12月25日（火）まで
Please apply for a certificate by the following dates, if you need by this year.
English certificates December 17(Mon) Japanese certificates December 25(Tue)
