• 「会話をする能力」の解明を目指す学問
• 相手と共同で会話を成立させるための 手続き,相手と共感を達成する手続き を記述

• 情報を受けとめることに終始し,相手に対する関心を示した り,共感を伝える応答をすることができていない.
• 質問にたいする答えの次の順番を十分に活かすことができ ていない.
→ 積極的に会話に参加し,気持ちを表現することができてい

考えられる原因:
• 学習者主導で会話を進める機会の不足 (Gardner 2013)
• 「依頼」,「質問」など,一部のspeech actに偏った指導
