Instructions for attending to UGSAS-GU & BWEL Joint Poster Session on Agricultural and Basin Water Environmental Sciences 2022

Register for the symposium through the website (http://www.ugsas.gifu- u.ac.jp/eng/news/2022/10/1143.html) in advance (Get the “URL for participation”)
【On the day of Poster Presentation (11/9)】
u Opening Remarks
Opening remarks will be given from 15:00. Please attend via Zoom.
When you attend, please turn off audio and video, and rename your name as "name_affiliation".
Entering via Zoom
1. Click the URL of the symposium that you received from Zoom by e-mail.
2. Click “Open” on the windows of “This site is trying to open Zoom Meeting”
3. Click “Join with Video”
4. Click “Join with Computer Audio”
5. Click "Mute" and "Start Video" on the left side of the screen to turn off audio and video.
u Poster Presentation
After the opening remarks, the “Breakout Rooms” will be started by the Executive Committee.
The poster display time is from 15:10 to 16:45.
Please visit the breakout rooms and discuss freely as in the case of a face-to-face poster presentation.
Entering the Breakout Room
1. Click "Breakout Rooms" at the bottom of the screen.
2. Click “Join” for the breakout room with the presentations you want to participate in.
3. To move to another breakout room, click "Breakout Rooms" again, and then click "Join" for the breakout room.

Odd numbered posters：15:10-15:50 Even numbered posters：15:50-16:30 Free discussion time：16:30-16:45
u Announcement of the winners of the Best Presentation Award
The winners of the Best Presentation Award will be announced via Zoom at 16:45.
u Awarding Ceremony and Closing Remarks
The awarding ceremony and closing remarks will be held at 17:00.
