［授業の目的・内容・進め方・履修上の条件等］

国際政治経済諸問題をより深く理解する能力を育てる。修士論文の中間報告等学生の研究 報告及びそれを基にした討論を中心とする。またそれ以外の日は、貧困及び貧困者自身の 歩みを取り扱った論文または各自の関心に沿った論文を中心に選んで読んでいきたいと思 っている。最終的には授業の参加者と相談の上決定する。学部開講の国際経済学１,２及び 国際政治経済論１,２を併せて受講することが勧められる。

［評価方法］

ゼミでの割当の発表、毎回の参加の度合い、課題レポート等で総合的に評価する予定。

［内容］ 

※国際政治経済諸問題及び貧困に関するテーマにおいて修士論文執筆者及び他に自分の研 究を進めている人がいれば、その院生の報告を優先する。その合間を縫って、次のＡ案か Ｂ案（またはC 案）を初回の授業の際に受講生の顔ぶれを見て、また希望を聞きながら決 める。⇒A案決定。

  A案： 

Environment & Urbanization の第 17 巻 1 号（April 2005）の特集が”Meeting the Millennium Development Goals in Urban areas”なので、これに掲載されている論文を中 心に下記の番号の順序で読んでいく。なお、 の印がついている論文は、少なくとも 上智大学の学内コンピュータからは、無料でダウンロードできます（上智大学はこのジャ ーナルに関して電子ジャーナル購読の契約をしている）。また、それがなんらかの理由で難 しい場合には、図書館か下川研究室に紙媒体のジャーナルがあるのでそこからコピーする ことができます。なおリンクが切れていたり、おかしかったりするのに気付いた方は下川 まで知らせていただければ幸いです。
