* Separately, we will contact those who will take the entrance examination using the Web Conferencing System.
If the applicable applicant does not respond us, we will conduct the exam in the pre-change method (Oral).
In regard to Oral Examination using Web Conference System
1) It is carried out by Web Conference System. Please bring your own laptop or tablet device that can connect to the Internet and is equipped with a webcam and microphone.
2) In preparation for the exam, connection test will be conducted in advance. Please participate under the same conditions as on the day of the exam. Details will be announced to the applicable person at a later date.
3) Please present your examination voucher on your desk at the time of the exam. Make sure that the examination place (room, etc.) where you take the exam is a private room, and that no one else is in the same room.
4) It is prohibited to record or copy video and audio of the exam, the screen of laptop etc., some or all of them whether digital or analog during the exam. If any of these acts are discovered, it may be considered unfair practices.
