• 성주재단의 글로벌 여성리더양성 프로젝트의 일환으로 진행되는
<2020 Career Development & Global Internship>프로그램은 독일, 스위스 현지 IT 기업의 인턴 및 정 직원 취업을 희망하는 이/공계 여대생(졸업생)에게 세계 무대 진출을 위한 워크샵과 코칭, 멘토링을 제공한다.• 프로그램은 2월 중 총 32시간의 교육을 통해 현장에서 필요한
커뮤니케이션 스킬 / 레쥬 메 작성 / 인터뷰 / 글로벌 기업 문화 /실무 영어 등을 제공하며, 워크샵 이수자는 현지기업 HR과의 스카이프 인터뷰를 통해
독일 및 스위스 첨단 IT 기업에서 근무를 수행할수 있다.
• 성주재단은 청년 실업난 속에서 한국 이공계 여성들에게 글로벌 첨단 기업의 인턴십 및 취업의 기회를 제공함으로써
세계 속의 인재로 성장 할 수 있는 여성의 미래를 지원하고 자 한다.2. 진행 일정

2020.3~5 워크샵 참가자 중 해외인턴 후보 선발

Mindset & Attitude / Motivation 2020.5~6 1:1 코칭 및 멘토링 독일, 스위스 현지 IT 기업과의 인터뷰 (Skype)

여름방학 /하반기 해외 인턴십 (2-6개월)
★ 인턴십 (2-6개월) @ 독일, 스위스 IT 기업
★ 인턴십 종료 후 평가가 좋은 경우 현지 채용
★ 인턴십 급여: EUR 2,000 per month
