In the case of the construction sector, the topic of corporate social responsibility (CSR) is therefore particularly relevant, as it is more often than other parts of the economy exposed to violations of environmental or health and safety requirements, communities, employees and socially conscious customers expect companies to demonstrate that they good corporate citizens [1,8,9]. Other variables were used only in the analysis of the extent of implementation of the principles of corporate social responsibility.

The interactivity, responsiveness and entertainment of live streaming e-commerce have a positive effect on the fit of green agrifood live streaming e-commerce. The interactivity of live streaming technology has a positive effect on the fit of green agrifood live streaming. The CSR perception of live streaming e-commerce moderates the relationship between the suitability of green agrifood live streaming and the intention to adopt live streaming e-commerce.

Unfortunately, the seasonality of green agro-food does not have any significant effect on the adaptation of live transmission of green agro-food.

Strategic Orientation, Digital Capabilities, and New Product Development in Emerging Market Firms: The Moderating Role

Theoretical Background and Hypothesis Development 1. Theoretical Foundations

In the digital age, resources and new capabilities are equally necessary to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage [17,18]. Based on the RBV [29], we investigate the influence of technology orientation and customer orientation on NPD performance of companies in the context of digital transformation from a strategic marketing perspective [32]. In such an environment, technological orientation should positively influence the NPD performance of companies in the context of their digital transformation, because the technological capabilities of companies facilitate the search for higher performance [31].

With this approach, we further explain the relationship between strategic orientation and NPD performance in the context of digital transformation.

Table 1. Demographic characteristics of the sample.
Table 1. Demographic characteristics of the sample.

Results and Analysis

The findings indicate that technology orientation has a positive and significant impact on NPD performance (b = 0.423,p<0.001). This result shows that both technology orientation and customer orientation have a significant positive effect on digital capability, and digital capability has a significant positive effect on NPD performance. As shown in Figure 1, the interaction between technology orientation and NPD is not statistically significant.

This finding indicates that CSR has a moderating effect on the relationship between customer orientation and NPD performance.

Discussion and Conclusions 1. Discussion

Third, we investigate the influence of different levels of CSR on the relationship between strategic orientation and NPD performance. This provides important practical implications for customer-oriented companies in the context of digital transformation. In addition, we further investigate the moderating role of CSR in the relationship between strategic direction and NPD performance.

An Explorative Study of Korean Venture Companies: Do CSR and Company Competitiveness Improve Non-Financial and

Literature Review 1. Firm Performance

However, some studies have found no or a negative effect of social responsibility activities on financial performance [4,14,15]. Previous studies on social responsibility and corporate management performance have confirmed that the practice of social responsibility has a positive effect on financial performance. 1] found that CSR has a direct positive effect on financial performance through the company's reputation among SMEs in Asmarashi.

Their research showed that social responsibility activities of employees, customers and society have a positive effect on financial performance.

Methodology 1. Measurement

In terms of corporate competitiveness, the better the R&D and manufacturing capabilities and the higher the number of CSR practices, the higher the technological performance. Second, it increased from 11.1% to 20.0% when comparing the explanations of M1 and M2 in the analysis of the total number of employees, which is a quantitative non-financial performance. In terms of corporate competitiveness, the better the marketing and production capabilities, the greater the total number of employees, and the greater the number of CSR practices, the greater the total number of employees.

The number of CSR practices (0.198), marketing skills (181) and production skills (0.095) had a positive effect on total employees.

Conclusions

As a result of the analysis, both the p-value of the x2 difference in the start business year and the industry was 0.000. Moreover, they should not only participate in CSR but also carry out various types of CSR activities. In addition, the total number of employees increased as the number of CSR practices increased.

Third, in this study CSR was analyzed as the number of CSR types applied by companies.

Corporate Social Responsibility, CEO Compensation Structure, and Corporate Innovation Activities

Theoretical Background and Hypotheses 1. CSR and Innovation Activities

Since both CSR and innovation activities are risky long-term investments, management will pursue alternative less risky short-term strategies if no compensation is offered for the increased risk [9]. In general, a high proportion of performance-based pay to total compensation is more effective in firms with CSR initiatives, and such a synergistic interaction has a positive impact on innovation activities. In general, horizontal wage inequality can exacerbate competition among managers and undermine cooperative efforts, hindering the cooperation essential to CSR and innovation activities [49,50].

In other words, a high average pay gap between CEO and employees weakens the positive interaction between CSR and innovation activities.

Research Method

Finally, we predicted the potential interactive effect of CSR and the CEO-employee pay gap on innovation activities. The Influencing Mechanism of Internal Control Effectiveness on Technological Innovation: CSR as a Mediator

Literature Review and Hypotheses Development

According to previous empirical research, measuring the effectiveness of internal control focuses on two aspects. If the coefficient is not significant, this indicates that CSR plays a fully mediating role in the effect of internal control effectiveness on technological innovation. Corporate social responsibility plays a partially mediating role in the effectiveness of internal control that influences technological innovation, which explains the intrinsic mechanism of.

Previous studies on the economic impact of internal control effectiveness have focused on investment inefficiencies [51], capital costs [4], audit costs [52] and financial performance [53].

What Drives Rural Consumers to Change E-Commerce Attitude and Adopt E-Commerce through the Moderating Role of

Corporate Social Responsibility in an Emerging Market?

An Empirical Investigation in the Chinese Context

Theoretical Background and Hypothesis Development

The perceived quality of service provided by e-commerce firms has a positive impact on rural consumers' attitudes toward e-commerce use. The perceived quality of logistics service provided by e-commerce firms has a positive impact on rural consumers' attitudes toward e-commerce use. Hypothesis 5b (H5b). The degree of CSR positively moderates the relationship between perceived quality of logistics service and rural consumers' attitude towards e-commerce use.

The CSR scale positively moderates the relationship between rural consumers' sense of self-efficacy and their attitude toward e-commerce use.

Methodology 1. Research Setting

Almost 70% of rural consumers in the region did not have a computer at home, and about 40% of rural consumers did not have a TV at home. In addition, our interviews also revealed the fact that rural consumers in poverty-stricken areas tend to have little familiarity with the concept of e-commerce. To ensure the content and validity of the measures, our survey instruments were pre-tested with 30 rural consumers (i.e. back-office staff) in the region.

Finally, to measure the perceived level of engagement of e-commerce companies with rural consumers, ten items were adopted from Luo [96] and Isabelle [97] and adapted specifically for this study.

Table 1. Results of onsite filed interviews with rural consumers.
Table 1. Results of onsite filed interviews with rural consumers.

Discussion and Implications 1. Theoretical Implications

First, it is found that the perceived quality of the training and logistics services of e-commerce positively predicts the attitude of rural consumers towards e-commerce use. It is also found that the perceived quality of logistics service positively influences the attitude of rural consumers towards e-commerce use. In addition, the empirical findings of this study also verify the importance of rural consumers' self-efficacy sense in shaping their attitudes toward e-commerce use.

This study found no significant moderating effect of CSR participation on the contribution of rural consumers' sense of self-efficacy to their attitudes toward e-commerce use.

Maturity Models and Sustainable Indicators—A New Relationship

Materials and Methods

To this end, research has been done in the academic databases of Web of Science, IEEE, Scopus and Google Scholar, to identify related works that address the theme of sustainability, COBIT maturity models, sustainability indicators in ICT and IT governance, to provide a reliable put together a theoretical basis, eliminate the subjectivity of researchers and provide grants for the elaboration of the proposed theoretical model. The data collection conducted for this study was based on electronic searches of the websites of the largest information technology companies that publish sustainability reports and use maturity models as one of the management and assessment tools for their operations. To analyze this data set, the summative content analysis method was applied, which involves counting and comparing, using the content, followed by the interpretation of the context related to the reporting patterns used [18].
