A member of the Board of Directors of the Central Library was also invited to the research. At the same time, these three services were only available at two of the six member universities. One university leader said: “There are expensive software tools that the university cannot support.

One of the library managers said that "The limited funding means that we do not dare to invest more in digital tools.".

DISCUSSION

This may be one of the reasons for the lack of completeness in the DSS system as well as the limitations in the resources needed to implement DSS. Since VNU-HCM is a system of several members, it is suggested to consider the use of a network model in the management of DSSs, because this model encourages collaboration between stakeholders at different levels (Maron & Pickle, 2014). With this model, VNU-HCM can provide DSS based on the construction of a key center in the role of general coordinator (on a larger scale, perhaps the Central Library) and satellite centers (on a smaller scale, belonging to universities member).

The suitability of the network model needs to be further confirmed by later research phases to finalize the DSS framework for VNU-HCM.

CONCLUSION

The results of this study showed that VNU-HCM in general and its members in particular did not have a clear policy to support digital scholarship. Therefore, to ensure the sustainability of the DSS system, the development of a strategic plan along with policies to support digital scholarship is necessary.

  • CONCLUSION

This research study aimed to survey the situation of information literacy education and research in the ASEAN region as well as to develop an ASEAN information literacy network model with promotion strategies. Malaysia was ranked fifteenth in the list of information literacy publications by country. The researcher limited the study of the situation of information literacy research in the ASEAN region based on bibliometric studies published in international journals.

Based on findings from bibliometric surveys of information literacy, the ASEAN information literacy research situation has been examined.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

In addition, this model is appropriate for the ASEAN region because it applied findings from the situation of information literacy education and research in the ASEAN region and responds to ASEAN's vision, mission, policies, master plans, strategies and guidelines to enhance cooperation for integrated ASEAN and deepen and expand ASEAN connectivity. This is in line with recommendations based on research results from Chen et al. 2021) and Onyancha (2020) that interdisciplinary and collaborative approaches are required for effective delivery of information literacy and high quality scientific work in the complex information and learning environment. Shifting Meme Content during Information Development on the COVID-19 Pandemic in Indonesia

  • RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
  • CONCLUSIONS AND IMPLICATIONS

The results of the study show that meme content has changed according to three stages of information development of COVID-19 in Indonesia published by mass media and online media. Until August 2020, news about COVID-19 remained the most popular news in the mass media in Indonesia (Rifai, 2020). The high media attention to the COVID-19 issue shows the high public awareness of the coronavirus.

Memes about COVID-19 are often filled with humorous content in the form of images and narrative. Therefore, this research is more focused on examining the dominant content of memes that appear in the three stages of the development of the COVID-19 pandemic and the accompanying government policies. There are three typologies of meme content submitted by Indonesian netizens related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The appearance of funny memes during the COVID-19 pandemic has helped to reduce fear and anxiety. The transferred porn humorous meme content is not directly related to the reality of COVID-19. One of the positive aspects of memes related to the COVID-19 pandemic found in this study are memes that contain socially critical content.

Using Ontology to Represent Cultural Aspects of Local Products for Supporting Local Community Enterprise in

Product name: to define the identity of the product, including its brand and locally called name. Price: to provide a price for the product per unit ◦ Manufacturer: to define the identity of the product. The products involved in the story, such as eel figurines and decorative drawings of the stories are associated in the group.

From a skill point of view, products are associated with specific techniques such as manual techniques and isolated methods of food processing. Product details are assigned in a database field that matches the ontology schema. The ontology and system development is explained in the next section.

In this state, the relationships are designed to represent the properties of the product concept. For example, a knowledge graph related to a product can be generated based on the relation of the ontology as shown in Fig. The results of the ontology evaluation are good in all aspects as the median of the considered aspects is 4.

Unfortunately, the ontology does not allow multiple parent classes, and this becomes a limitation of the current approach. The search system and recommender are developed to demonstrate the utility of the ontology.

Infodemic: The New Informational Reality of the Present Times

  • DIFFERENT CONCEPTS AND INTERRELATED PHENOMENA
  • CONSTRUCTION OF THE INFORMATIONAL PHENOMENON
  • A VERITISTIC PROPOSAL IN INFORMATION SCIENCE
  • FINAL CONSIDERATIONS

Information science was born in the 1960s, focused, as expressed in Borko's (1968) classic definition, on the study of the behavior of information and forces that control its flow. At the end of the twentieth century, the construction of the third major perspective of information studies began. Cronin (2008) speaks of a sociological turn in information science, following the cognitive turn of the 1980s.

The aspects raised above are therefore related to the physical or technical dimension of the information identified and studied in the first main model for the study of information science. And there is also a third dimension of the current information outlook, which is cultural (and thus related to the third major model for the study of information science). Fallis proposed to bring this theory closer to information science by incorporating libraries and other information services and systems into the scope of the studies.

In an earlier work, Budd (2001) had already analyzed the issue of errors and false information in the context of scientific knowledge construction and their implications for information science. The proposal of a veritistic turn means placing the notion of truth at the center of research in information science, rather than the notion of relevance, traditionally consolidated as central to the field. In conclusion, he defends the need for a truthful turn in the face of the “Trump era”, characterized by the proliferation of false news and “alternative facts” (Hartel, 2018).

But, surely, the elements brought by Turner, as well as by various authors mentioned in the first part of this text (for the contemporary conceptual framework), point to the limits of information science produced so far. All these theories, among others, show, to some extent, the aforementioned failure of the promises of wisdom and peace made in the 1960s and 1970s around the idea of an "information society" (Blatt, 2018).

Utilization of Log Data Reflecting User Information- Seeking Behavior in the Digital Library

  • DISCUSSION
  • CONCLUSION

This exploratory research was conducted to understand user information seeking behavior by analyzing the log data left on the National Digital Science Library (NDSL, the former service of ScienceON). On the other hand, information seeking behavior was analyzed using log data with logged in users in context log analysis. Log Pattern Analysis: Analysis of information seeking behavior such as information usage paths for services and content in the log data from website page views, stored in the log data.

Finally, visualization diagrams of user information seeking behavior were extracted by analyzing log data for specific users. More detailed information obtained from frequency analysis of log data usage is available in Tables 3 and 4. Service-main-class" and "Content-main-class," log data for "Service-main-class" dated January 12 were tested.

This finding can also be confirmed by the log data analysis of the information-seeking paths. This analysis examines and identifies users' information search paths in the 'Service Subclass' and 'Service Subclass' of the log data. The pattern analysis of log data evaluated information search behavior based on page views without distinguishing individual users.

Analyzes of information usage pathways were conducted using log data in page views to analyze log patterns. However, the information-seeking behavior of logged-in users shown in the log context analysis also revealed characteristics of a small number of information services that might have been overlooked in a general log data analysis.
