In this thesis, a customs administration support plan for the early settlement of the AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) system is studied as part of the security management system of import and export logistics in Korea. First of all, documents and materials related to the OAE are investigated and shared taking into account the OAE policy and its implementation. Based on the document reviews, the basic concept of OAE has been verified and its main future effects have been described.
Second, considering the changing environment in customs administration, the definition of the SAFE framework and the WCO Kyoto Convention are revised and the MRA (Mutual Recognition Agreement) is checked for the circumstances in Korea. Finally, based on the reviewed results for OAE, customs administration support plans are suggested by hardware and software parties which take into account the circumstances in Korea.
