The purpose of the research work – the data on “The materials on Kyrgyz (Kazakh) land use” based on F.A. A disadvantage of the expedition is that the farm is grouped according to the number of horses. He attributes the unreliability in the “The materials...” the indicators of the sections “land use”, “women”.

Vaganov defended his dissertation devoted to the land policy of the tsarist government in Kazakhstan. The material on the Kyrgyz (Kazakhs) land use" as a source of economic and economic history of the Kazakh traditional society;. Furthermore, a preliminary study of the county of Omby was carried out (June and July in 1896).

It was right to introduce a general method of research based on principle. In the first year of study "Characterization of common or shared land use". Of course, we must look critically at the content and indicators of the expedition "The materials.

According to the norms of the expedition, 187 hectares of land came to the Kazakh economy.

Nevertheless, in the first place there were statisticians related to the details of the investigation, they were also leaders. For example, the fund 469, 1 list, the policy of the tsarist government in the case of evidence. In the second half of 1897, the expedition was carried out in the Pavlodar district of the Semipalatinsk region.

According to the researches of the study, A.Bokeikhanov said that people in Karkaraly district engage in various professions. One of the magazines published in this Siberian district in the Russian language was called. In U.Popov's article “Alikhan Bokeikhanov-Fate and Time” the data of the Karkaraly County survey is mentioned by A.N.

Under the conditions of the area, livestock farming is recognized as one of the most efficient methods of agriculture. At the moment, a small part of the Kyrgyz live on the winter pastures in their yurts in.

Objectivity and historical position of the synthetical data collected as a result of the expedition

General statistical work on a wide variety of phenomena began in Russia in the 1960s. 1904 Oral-Torgai district Land use materials of the Kyrgyz (Kazakhstans) collected and developed by the statistical group of the Torgay-Uralsk resettlement area. The office of the expedition was also located in Omby, so the military departments were also interested in the work of the expedition.

"Materials .." is characterized by a break in the prediction from the beginning of the research work. Half of the volumes were published in various printing houses in Voronezh only due to the fact that F. A. In the second part of the second volume there are no chapters "Essays on the natural science situation" and.

The expansion in the publication of the volumes is reflected in the structure of each of the parts separately. For example, in the district essay materials, general descriptions were made and they were specific to each of the volumes. Thus, the state of the publication order of the "Materials" directly affected the quality of the printed data.

For example, in 1903 the department returned to the head of the expedition to reconsider the fifth part of “The Materials…”. His reason is that the recall of the military governor Torgay did not correspond to the explanation in the contents of the leaders of the expedition. As mentioned above, most of the expedition's material for studying the steppe regions was published in book form.

The materials of the expedition were stored for a long time in different places in the rented houses. The storage of materials collected by the expedition and the multi-volume "The materials on the use of the land of the Kyrgyz (Kazakhs)" exhausted the pockets of the tsarist government. All the texts from the volumes of the "The material..." are the results of the collective work of the 9 members of the expedition.

Internal structure and storage of the facts about the expedition of Kazakh lands in late XIX and early XX centuries

And in the internal form, you can include the internal structure of intelligence, content, style and language [160, 107 p.]. Therefore, the definition of the structure of intelligence, the ability to transmit it with precision is considered one of the most important requirements for the inherent technique of researching source studies. The exploration of the vast Kazakh land for the first time was realized in the period between coverage of the regions of Akmola-Semey, Torgay in the Governor General of the Steppes.

The material on the Kyrgyz (Kazakhs) land use” internal structure and storage of the data// KazUU herald. The material on the Kyrgyz (Kazakh) land use" consists of 12 volumes corresponding to the conclusions of 12 provinces. 12 volumes of the "The materials on the Kirgyz (Kazakhs) land use" resource respectively consist of research conclusions of 12 provinces (Kokshetau, Atbasar, Akmola, Semey, Pavlodar, Kostanay, Karkaraly, Aktobe, Zaisan, Oskemen, Omby, Petropavl provinces ) and the 13th additional volumes.

The structure of Volume 13 is completely different, general descriptions of the budget are given there. During the preparation of the found data for the sites adapting to the land, the current work of the expedition was complicated, so in many cases, due to lack of time, the actual work required to carry out the program was left without analysis pp]. Even if the general structure of the resource corresponded to the issues discussed in the program of the original expedition, the structure of the resource was modified according to the peculiarities of each region and district.

For example, new diagrams or topics were added according to peculiarities of each region that were not previously considered in the text. Data "Materials on the Kyrgyz (Kazakh) land use" .. consists of volumes about 500-700 pages published every year. In the structure of each volume of this resource there are 1) text, 2) diagrams (statistical), 3) maps.

Even if the text of the data is planned on the basis of one program, they are written in different, mutually dissimilar structures. Of course, in our opinion, the essential deviations in the source were related to the peculiarities of the individual district and the author of the text [88, 25 p.]. All data volumes "Materials on land use of Kyrgyz (Kazakhstans)" are not the work of just one person, but are the result of the joint work of all employees - participants of the expedition.

On the methods checking the verocity of “The materials on the Kyrgyz (Kazakhs) land use…”

As a result of the expedition, the collection "Materials on land use Kyrgyzstan (Kazakh)" p. The problem of the truth of the information received arose already in the first years of the expedition's work. Between the years 1893-1905 in the long term he was in the service of the ministry of state property.

In the implementation of this case, A.A. Kaufman, who played a major role and was an official of the Ministry. According to the author himself, "the information in turn could not but affect the business practice of relocation". The author dwells somewhat on the history of the founding of the city of Aktobe.

A complex of information about the population's economy and its way of life has been collected. One of the reports, which has a similar meaning, deals with trips to Oral in the summer of 1903. This A.A.Kaufman'a report has a research character, as in the report "Resettlement tenants in the Torgai region".

And in the "Materials.." soil indicators of the use of the land of Kazakhs were taken from the text sections of the volume. Considering the examples of the results of the expedition, the collected information about the volume of land in the use of Kazakhs. The most important fact that proves this is the information of the "Materials..." obtained as a result of a research expedition.

These indicators are considered very important in the study of the economic condition of Kazakh auls. Because they correspond to the interests of the Russian Empire, it was decreed by order of this people. Amateur statisticians and candidates of the Aulov family were part of this expedition.

On the data about the budget origin and method of its processing

Only after this is the composition of the group participating in the research work determined, according to the estimate, their. The questions shown in the program are determined according to type of research object and use of statistical data. The expedition staff considered the real local administration's participation in the research because they would improve the organization of the work process.

Shcherbina was criticized for the exaggeration of subjective moments in households choosing a budget during the expedition work. Contemporaries of that period highly appreciated the date in the results of the expedition work. The way in which the budget was used was directly dependent on the intended purpose of the expedition.

However, in the description the owners of the estate are given the names of the owners. According to the observations of the budget, information about wages is given in previous material. The natural parts of the indicators, as well as the monetary indicators are shown in the sum's calculations[107, 59 p].

The role of the aksakal also varied in the auls, as determined by the members of the expedition. Auditors of land and state property and the ministry approved the research unit [7, 63-64 p.]. The expedition staff took several economic classes as one of the forms of community.

For a brief illustration, the members of the expedition also used the term "community" in connection with inertia. Given such signs, the leaders of the expedition showed that even family ties were unstable. From this, members of the expedition became familiar with various forms of society found in Kazakhstan.

At the same time, as one of the main signs of the research, the expedition took the volosts. 2 In half theoretical, half on a practical basis, the leaders of the expedition identified the main units of research.
