CITY AS A CINEMATIC
These personal conversations include - critical thinking, aesthetic study of place, memories and cinematic language. Semiotic analysis is used in the article as a methodology for observing the visual and acoustic possibilities of film language. In Manhattan (1921) by Charles Sheeler and Paul Strand, Walt Whitman's poem of the same name is "written" into the film and helps to explore the city.

WANDERING CHARACTERS
In the history of art, we have seen traveling poets, storytellers, painters, now we can talk about traveling filmmakers and their heroes, who explore and capture their journeys with the film camera. The article also focuses on the relation of literary forms to the language of film, how - poetry, essays, letters and diaries relate to cinema. The modern cinematic example of writing poetry on screen and embodying it in all forms, visual or audio is - Paterson (2016) by Jim Jarmusch.
VISUAL AND ACOUSTIC POETRY
In the case of Manhatta (1921) the connection with poetry goes even further and Walt Whitman's poem does the same. He also draws inspiration from modern and classical poetry, with the echo of the poem. They also have a connection with the poetic use of film language and impulses from literature.
INTERPRETATION OF THE IMAGE OF AMIR TIMUR IN
The figure of Amir Temur has been one of the important subjects of science, art and literature for centuries. This study contributes to the typological and chronological analysis of Amir Temur's iconographic, comparative artistic images in oriental miniatures. The approaches of the artists of the Safavid and Baburid periods in depicting the image of Amir Temur are also shown.
ORIENTAL MINIATURES
Another miniature in the manuscript shows the occupation of the fortress of Smyrna by Amir Timur (see Figure 5). Indian portraits are also characterized by the position of the person in the picture (half profile). In one of these miniatures, Amir Temur sits in the center of the composition.

Abstract: The article presents an analysis of the influence of the philosophical trend of existentialism on the cinema of the twentieth century. The purpose of the study is to identify the connections between the philosophical direction of existentialism and the art of film. The research methodology includes the study of films from the author's cinema in the twentieth century in the context of existential theory.
A comparative analysis of the themes and motives of the characters' actions in the films with the corresponding philosophical theory is used. As a result of the research, the two authors revealed the undoubted influence of existentialism on the cinematography of the twentieth century. The authors emphasize the importance of the work done for understanding the role of the philosophy of existentialism in the formation of film language.
The study also provides opportunities for a deeper study of the manifestations of the human soul on the screen. The novelty of this work lies in the original approach to the analysis of the influence of the theory of existentialism on the author's cinema, as well as in the use of a wide range of films created in the period from 1945 to 2000. The purpose of the research is to analyze legislative acts on copyright issues based on the study of materials on this topic, and to predict ways to improve the legal basis for licensing authorship in the field of cinema. The research is based on general scientific, logical, theoretical and empirical methods with a step-by-step systematic analysis of the content of existing legislative acts on intellectual property in the creation of a film product, establishing causal links between legal acts related to film production and the legal standards of authors in various areas of development of film art in Kazakhstan. The results and discussion include the author's research and reflections on the most important copyright provisions for works of art in the fields of film culture and civil law, as well as an analysis of how current issues on copyright for intellectual property, the core of the creative process of film creation, are resolved at the legislative level in the field of film culture in Kazakhstan.
The main provisions on copyright and intellectual property from the relevant legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan have been examined.
