INFORMATION LETTER
Dear colleagues and young scientists
Association of legal entities in the form of association «National Movement «BOBEK» in conjunction with the Congress of Scientists of Kazakhstan invite you to take part in the V International Scientific and Practical Conference «SCIENCE AND EDUCATION IN THE MODERN WORLD:
CHALLENGES OF THE XXI CENTURY», which will be held on December 7, 2019 in Nur-Sultan (Astana), Kazakhstan.
Materials are accepted until 6 december, 2019.
Form of the conferences – extramural.
The main objectives of the conference are the discussion of new scientific and practical results of using innovative technologies in science, education and production; the exchange of ideas, the search for joint research areas and the strengthening of cooperation between educational, scientific and production organizations; the establishment of new contacts and the involvement of young people in scientific research.
The main goal of the conference is to create space for professional self-realization of young professionals and their participation in solving actual problems of a regional and global scope.
The working languages of the conference are Kazakh, Russian, English, Ukrainian, Polish, French, Belarusian, Turkish, Georgian, Armenian, Azerbaijani, Uzbek, Tajik, Kirghiz, Moldovan, Turkmen, Mongolian.
According to the results of the project, within the framework of the concluded agreement No.759-06 / 2019K “The nationwide movement“ Bobek ”(Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan), with the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI) (Moscow, Russia) it is planned to publish non-periodical publications posting metadata on the website of the scientific electronic library eLIBRARY.RU (https://elibrary.ru) (until the end of march 2020).
Materials of the reports in the working languages of the conference will be placed in the electronic compilation on the website of the publishing house (www.bobek-kz.com) with the assignment of the international ISBN.
Following the results of the conference, an electronic certificate of the participant of the international conference is sent to the postal address.

The text of the message, top roles, plans or report should be completed in MS Word, no more than 5 pages in size, font size 14 (font size 12 for the literature list), interval 1.0, Times New Roman font, page width adjustment, 20 mm margins with all directions UDC. Articles send to this address: conferences2018.kz@gmail.com
To the article you need to attach a scanned copy of the receipt for payment of the registration fee.
As a response, you will receive a letter of confirmation of acceptance your application. If you will not receive the conformational letter, please inform us.
Within 14 days, according to the results of the conference, electronic certificates and a conference collection will be prepared and sent to your email address.
Cost of participation in extramural journal with publication of article in electronic issue of conference proceedings is 10 USD for one article. Payment should be performed on requisites specified in this information letter.
