DEVELOPMENT OF SCIENTIFIC BASES OF RECEIPT IS TITAN - ALUMINIUM POWDERS

One of most dynamically developing scientific directions of modern physical metallurgy of titan is creation of heatproof titanic alloys on the basis of intermediate constituent - essentially reconciles two opposing at the market metals - titan and aluminium. Complication of chemical composition of heatproof alloys of present generation, creation of various composition materials on a titanic matrix.

The theme actuality. The major task of powder-like metallurgy is realization of the scientifically reasonable going near constructing of powder-like materials and wares from them, and also development of rational ресурсосберегающих technologies.

New materials are a basic factor assisting development of technique. In that behalf titan and his alloys occupy the special place, as have a high level and favourable combination of operating properties : construction, anticorrosive and other However the high cost of these alloys restrains their wideuse. One of possibilities of improvement of situation is passing to nonwaste technologies of receipt of titanic wares, as at traditional: a to 75 % material is lost technologists on the stage of receipt of good.

In this connection the researches sent to the study of processes of receipt of mechanical activated of multiphase powder-like compositions on the basis of the system titan is an aluminium are very actual.

The goal of the work An aim hired was realization of researches of processes what be going on at the high-energy growing of powder-like composition of the system shallow titan is an aluminium and mechanical alloying of these powders.

In accordance with the put aim next tasks decided:

- experimentally and in theory to investigate conformities to law of forming of structure thermodynamics the powders got the method of the high-energy grinding.

- to study gelation to the system Ti - Al at the mechanical alloying of elementary powders of titan and aluminium.

The research objects. Titanic powder (got from a titanic sponge) and aluminium powder.

Scientific novelty of the work. The process of crushing of titanic sponge is investigational and his mechanism offers.

- kinetics of process of crushing of titanic sponge is Investigational.

- the microhardness of titanic sponge is Investigational depending on time of mechanical activating.

- description of mechanism of mechanical activating and mechanical alloying of powder-like compositions is given on the basis of titan and aluminium.
