Thermodynamic studies sulphidation oxidized nickel ores of sulfur compounds
Relevance of the topic. Recently, in the Republic of Kazakhstan has increased the demand for nickel in connection with the organization of automotive systems, enterprises for the production of mining and drilling equipment and companies producing precision equipment. In East Kazakhstan promising the creation of the mineral resource base of silicate nickel is Gornostaevsky ultrabasic belt.
Performing research on the use of new types sulphidizer, in particular elemental sulfur has a well-founded interest. Therefore, the study of processes of formation of matte melt in the smelting of oxidized nickel ores using different sulphidizer a wide temperature range, covering different aggregate states of the contacting phases is an urgent task that will improve the technical, economic and environmental performance of the traditional process of blast smelting, and in the process Vanyukov to develop the most efficient technological scheme of its industrial implementation.
