В данной работе были исследованы жилые комплексы «Зеленый район» и «Единый центральный парк», в которых поиск дизайна «зеленой» архитектуры, имеющей разнонаправленный характер, позволяет признать эффективность принятых инновационных решений для будущее развитие современной архитектуры и использование материалов в дальнейшей архитектурно-строительной практике, а также в качестве профессионального исследования в области архитектурного проектирования жилых зданий. Так, по системе «Патрик Блан» архитектура фасадов «One Central Park» дополнена вертикальным ландшафтным дизайном, ярко подчеркивающим эстетику восприятия «зеленой» архитектуры и индивидуальный подход к современному решению. за энергоэффективность комплекса. Особой привлекательностью «зеленой» архитектуры «One Central Park» является инновационное решение в виде выступающих консольных плоскостей, в которые встроены 320 солнечных отражателей.
