- 2007-2009 - dean assistant responsible for academic work at the faculty of pedagogy in ENU.
- 2009-2012 - dean assistant responsible for academic work at the faculty of social sciences in ENU.
- 2014 – till present – dean of the faculty of social sciences at ENU.
