Software MODEL of EMOTIONAL INTONATION ANALYSIS AND VISUALIZATION OF SPOKE PHRASES Boris Lobanov, Vladimir Zhitko. Abstract - Adaptability, the ability of interfaces to adapt to the structure and functionality of information resources is one of the main features of the intelligence of the information system. The development of adaptive graphic interfaces on the web based on XML technologies enables the visualization of any XML format file structure for further manipulation of data entry and editing.

An example of the implementation of the adaptive model of entering and editing information in the form of the created prototype of the editor of XML records is given. One of the latest works in this direction is work [3], where it deals with modern and previously proven tools to verify the structure of documents in the appropriate document description scheme. The problem of using schemas for authentication (validation ) XML documents in 173. The obtained results are discussed in the example of the XML file of the information system for the dissertation advice [3].

The development of adaptive web-based graphical interfaces based on XML technologies makes it possible to visualize every structure of the file in XML format for the possibility of further manipulation of data entry and editing. The technology of creating the adaptive graphical WEB interface that realizes a model of input and operation information for heterogeneous data, the built-in heterogeneous information system, will be discussed below. The question of where to get the full description of the potential structure of the derived record arises during the process of extracting a record from a particular source of information in a heterogeneous information system and presenting the record in the XML format for edit.

Under these conditions, the form already contains all necessary tools (java scripts) for correct data input; . 2) generation of edit forms is done on the server side with the XSLT method for transformations of the modified XSD structure. A fragment of a recursive provision is provided in the schema using XSD. In the future, it is planned to increase the functionality of the editor in terms of expanding the list of supported XSD elements and supporting JSON format due to its popularity.

The purpose of the conference is to discuss the problems of creating Open Complex Semantic Technology for Designing Intelligent Systems. This defines the format of the Conference, which includes (1) plenary reports; (2) the workshop; (3) round tables, dedicated to the discussion of various issues of the creation of such technology; (4) poster sessions. During the poster sessions, each conference participant will have the opportunity to demonstrate their results.

One of the main objectives of the conference is to attract not only scientists and postgraduate students, but also students interested in artificial intelligence, as well as commercial organizations that want to collaborate with research groups working on the development of modern technologies for intelligent systems. design. Anyone interested in artificial intelligence issues, as well as commercial organizations interested in collaborating with research groups working to develop modern technologies for designing intelligent systems, are invited to participate in the conference. By completing the registration form, you agree that your personal data will be processed by the conference organizing committee and that the paper and information about the authors will be published in printed and electronic format.

If a notification is submitted to participate in any of the contests, this intention must be clearly stated on the entry form. The selection of papers for publication in the Conference Proceedings and participation in the Conference is carried out by a number of reviewers from among the members of the Conference Program Committee. Authors whose articles are included in the Conference program will receive an invitation to participate in the Conference before January 30, 2020.

Projects of applied intelligent systems and systems to support the planning of intelligent systems can participate in the competition; they must be presented by a scientist without a degree and under the age of 35. In order to participate in the competition, the project must meet the following criteria: (a) it was developed by students and/or undergraduate students of higher education institutions and (b) the advisors and consultants of the project must have a scientific degree and title. The organizing committee of the conference intends to publish the papers selected by the program committee based on the results of the review in the Collection of Research Papers, on the official website of the conference http://conf.ostis.net and on the website of the Collection of Research Papers. http://proc.ostis.net.

All necessary information about upcoming and previous OSTIS conferences can be found on the conference website http://conf.ostis.net and http://proc.ostis.net. Methodological and advisory support to the conference participants will be provided exclusively via the conference e-mail. The venue of the conference is the 5th academic building of the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics (39, Platonova str., Minsk, Republic of Belarus).
