Terms & Conditions
Knowledge E will confirm receipt of a booking within three working days of submission of booking form. Registration details, together with a location map and an invoice, will be issued subsequently.
By accepting these terms the participant agrees to the registration and the payment of the workshop fees. In the event of a no-show, participants are still liable for the full workshop fees unless a cancelation is received by Knowledge E before the cutoff date.
Payment
Payment can be made at the time of booking by send a cheque or transfer, following receipt of a Knowledge E invoice, within the validity of the invoice date. An official document will only seats with completed payments are guaranteed.
Cancellations
Knowledge E reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event for any reason, including when an event does not achieve the minimum number of participants to render the event practicable/viable, and will advise delegates with as much notice as possible before the date of the event. Although rare, cancellations may occur at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances. Knowledge E will use all reasonable endeavors to avoid occurrences of this nature. When this is unavoidable Knowledge E will offer a full refund of the event fee, although pre-paid travel and accommodation costs and any other additional expenses incurred cannot be refunded.
Refund Policy
Full refund will be given to cancellations made up to 14 days before the start of the event. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to events@knowledgee.com or faxed to +971 4 4227041.
Warranty and Liability
Knowledge E reserves the right to alter or vary an event program due to occurrences or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The delegate accepts that it is their responsibility to verify that the event is suitable for their requirements and that they have the necessary level of competence to be able to achieve the objectives, if any, of the event.
While the services to be provided by Knowledge E and its contractors will be undertaken to the best of its ability and knowledge, if any action, compensation, damage or other liability arises from any review, advice or other work performed under the terms of this agreement, Knowledge E or its contractor’s maximum aggregate liability (including legal costs and expenses) shall be limited to the total value of the charges for the event out of which the loss or damage has arisen. Training is carried out to the best of Knowledge E and its contractors’ abilities, but Knowledge E can accept no consequential loss whatsoever for any advice acted upon by anyone attending the training courses. Knowledge E will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential loss (including but not limited to loss of anticipated profit or data, travel or accommodation costs), howsoever arising, even if it has been advised of such potential loss.
