3 Relevance of the work. One of the ways to enhance the quality of management of such complex natural and technological systems such as open cast fields is the use of new informational and navigational technologies. Especially relevant using it to manage the open cast minings of navigational technologies in connection with the intensive development of the satellite navigation systems.
Creation a common informational space to solve problems of exchanging information and positioning the objects to deal with the whole range of monitoring activities of mine-transport equipment and other objects in the areas of career within a single system ofwirelessdata transmission into production units of mining enterprises would provide the operational information about the current state of the whole complex of the mining works and preparations to the industrial and technical divisions, which will significantly improve the level of informatization of the whole mining industry and will greatly increasetheefficiency in economic managing the processes of mining. In this context,the theme of the research work
«Optimizing the industry through the introduction of innovative technologies in the mining industry »is relevant.
4 The object of research are processes of mining activities at the Aktogay field.
5 The subject of researchis the automated management system ofmining and transport complex LeicaJviewJmine-ops.
6 The aim of the work is to optimize production of the mining activities at the Aktogay field through the introduction of the automated management system of the LeicaGeosystemsMining company.
7 The Methods of research. The complex of methods was applied in the research including: data analysis of automated dispatching and the comparison of using an innovative technologies in a mining industry.
8 The objectives of the research
To identify the benefits of automated technologies in the productionauthor highlighted following objectives:
- studying a number of functionson automating the dispatching;
- describing and defining benefits of automated dispatching system when using drilling machine, excavator, bulldozer withhighly accurateLeicaJigsawprogram;
- monitoring of mining and transportequipment and other objects in the areas of career within a single system ofwirelessdata transmission into production units of mining enterprises.
9 Scientific provisions for the research defense:
1. Creation a common informational space which would providethe operational information about the current state of the whole complex of the miningworks and preparations to the industrial and technical devisions, which will significantly improve the level of informatization of the whole mining industry and will greatly increasetheefficiency in economic managing the processes of mining.
2. Automated dispatching of mining enterprises allows to calculate the optimum routes of auto-dumpers according to changing externalmotion factors such as overlapping road section, breakdown of one of the excavators, adjustment of transportation plan, changes in the number of auto-dumpers on the line.
10 Scientific novelty of the research:
1.The issue of optimizing the work with the use of automated dispatching system was explored
2.Calculations were carried out to reduce time for the work performed when using automated dispatching system
3.A number of benefits in the use of automated dispatching system were identified.
