Investigation of the possibility of processing zinc ore deposits «Shaimerden»
using the heap leaching process.
Relevance of the work.
Due to the high demand for metals, the limited reserves of deposits and the subsequent depletion of ore valuable components for metallurgists poses the question of the expediency of processing of ores and poor balance solutions.
These factors make the study of the process of extraction of the poor heap leach solutions relevant.
Extraction methods of allocation of industrial applications of zinc are not found, although in recent years interest has increased and research in this field are carried out in Japan, Bulgaria, Romania.
Extraction extraction methods are highly effective at concentrating components in a solution having low metal content. Search, creation of effective technologies, the search for cheap and available extractants also becomes relevant.
The aim of the thesis.
The aim of this thesis is to study the extraction process, to reproduce in the laboratory extraction process of heap leaching solutions and get practical results that show the effectiveness of this process.

The object of this study is to heap leaching ore solution "Shaimerden".
Obtained by simulating a heap leaching process.
Scientific novelty.
For the first time investigated and determined the optimal parameters of the extraction process for leaching solutions obtained from the ore "Shaimerden" field.
Practical significance.
Ore processing enterprise Shaimerden "Kazzinc" is carried out in a standard way, and the fact that the company is a leader in the region for the production of zinc.
Gives practical significance of this work by providing opportunities to recycle the oxidized ore is an alternative way.
