on the topic of «Management completeness and efficiency of extraction of explored mineral reserves in the process of exploitation of deposit»
1. The object of research - polymetallic deposits of Ore Altai.
2. The subject of research is the operational losses of explored reserve made at extraction of ore.
3. Relevance of the work. Methods of researches include the complex method of the researches including the analysis of data on fulfilled blocks in conditions of manufacture, generalization of results and the analysis of the executed scientific works on the theme of researches and development of recommendations for practical use.
4. The object of study research polymetallic deposits of Rudny Altai.
5. The subject of the study is the process of formation of the operating losses of proven reserves.
6. The aim is to explore the possibility of a more complete and efficient extraction of mineral deposits.
7. Research Methods. When the work was used a complex method of research, including the analysis of data on used units in the conditions of production, analysis and generalization of the results of scientific work carried out on the subject of research and development of recommendations for practical use.
8. Research Tasks:
To achieve this goal the author provided the following objectives:
- Analysis of scientific papers in the study area;
- Determination of the economic impact of irregular and extended periods of validity established for the deposit or a sufficiently large portion of the minimum content of conditioned
9. Scientific provisions for the defense:
1) At proportional in time reduction of values of the installed industrial contents for all deposit or for enough its large site the volume of negligible losses of explored reserve at extraction is reduced proportionally to square of quantity of their revisions and minus the sum of negligible losses of the explored reserve which occurrence is inevitable between revisions.
2) The differentiated approach to an estimation quality of impoverished balance ores during dredging the beaten off ore from the operational block provides duly involving in extraction before negligible losses of explored reserve.
10. Scientific novelty of research
1) For the first time it is established, that with increase in duration of validity installed for deposit or enough its large site of industrial standards (minimal
quality contents) in direct ratio raises the level of an economic part of the reconnoitered stocks lost during extraction under condition of when their values at revision tend aside decrease.
2) It is installed, that values of the minimal average contents in last dozes of the beaten off ore drawing from group of simultaneously working operational blocks have inverse relationship from the average contents of useful component in them stocks.
11. The practical significance of the work
The installed law of negative influence of increase in duration of validity established for the deposit or for it enough large site of industrial standards shows on necessity of application of the rejection contents of the beaten off ore from the operational block.
Use of the developed new principles of the method of duly involving in extraction of an economic part before negligible losses of the reconnoitered stocks of a deposit simultaneously provides rational use of mineral raw material and financial resources of the mining enterprises.
The estimation of efficiency of introduction consists in:
- decrease in volumes of negligible losses while in service polymetallic deposits in more than 50 %,
- expansion of border of involving in extraction of the beaten off ore from separately taken operational block
Estimation of scientific level of performance of work
- new principles of method of operative involving in extraction of an economic part of the lost reconnoitered stocks while in service deposits are developed
- dependence of an establishment of border of involving of the beaten off ore weight from the operational block in extraction from the differentiated approach to an estimation of each subsequent doze condition of ore weight at distinction of expenses for their extraction and processing.
12. Publications related to the work
The structure and scope of the thesis. The thesis consists of an introduction and four chapters, conclusion and application set out in the 97 pages of the computer text contains 12 figures, 17 tables, a list of references from 89 names.
