Thus, against the background of using a treadmill with virtual reality and weight support, there is an improvement in motor function, an increase in the quality of life and stabilization of the emotional background of patients after a stroke.

The assessment of anxiety-depressive disorders in patients showed a decrease in the level of anxiety and depression in most patients of both groups (93% and 90% of cases in the experimental group; 82% and 86% of cases in the control group), and rehabilitation after stroke is directly related to regression of depression.

Conclusions: Congenital cytomegalovirus infection in young children, along with other viral hepatitis, can cause cirrhosis of the liver with fatal outcome. Clinical, biochemical, and neuroimaging findings predict long-term neurodevelopmental outcomes in symptomatic congenital cytomegalovirus infection. A neonate with reduced cytomegalovirus DNA copy number and marked improvement in hearing when treated for congenital cytomegalovirus infection.
