development of scientific activity and independence of students; effective implementation of innovations with orientation on market demands; formation of civil position of students on the basis of national and human valuables;

Doctoral students must demonstrate an understanding:
- Differences of PR-activity, and advertising on the propaganda of the information wars
- Effective methods of information influence in professional ethical codes.
Plan, work out, implement complex process of research – of content analysis of texts on issues of information warfare, work with legal documents on information security
Critically analyze, evaluate and synthesize a new and complex of ideas
- the capacity for criticism and self-work; recognize the information attack, the information war in the professional sphere, be able to resist them; apply the acquired knowledge in professional activity

The module of information security includes the following disciplines:
Information wars and attacks;
Information policy;
Internet technology in contemporary political space;

Doctoral students should demonstrate an understanding:
methodological approaches and the basic principles of the applied policy and management analysis;
Plan, work out, implement complex process of research - to organize, plan and implement the process of scientific research, determine the algorithm to carry out scientific research and the selection of relevant techniques for basic and applied research Critically analyze, evaluate and synthesize a new and complex of ideas of analytical and experimental research activities; planning and forecasting results of the study; in the examination of projects and studies, as well as to use these skills in the preparation of the thesis and scientific research activities;
