on the topic of «MINING OF THE LAST TURN ROOMS ON THE BORDER OF ORE AND BACKFILLING ON THE CONDITIONS OF THE

MALEEVSK MINE»

1. The volume of the thesis consists of 74 pages.

2. The number of applications - 2, figures - 2 tables - 24, formulas - 44, literature sources - 30.

3. The relevance of the work. At present, the development of the Republic of Kazakhstan mining economy is the most important. Mining industry need to continue to develop and strive to reduce production costs, increase competitiveness in the international market of raw materials, thereby increasing the capital of our state.

Breaking ore reserves at the contact with the filling mass is an important process step with the continuous development of systems with a backfilling massive. The practice of mining developed with backfilling systems, shows that under the influence of dynamic loads in an array of bookmarks cracks, is the destruction of an artificial array and broken ore dilution stowing material. Dilution may achieve significant values - 10-15%. Dilutated ore tab, particularly hardening, dramatically reduces the recovery of metal in flotation and brings significant damage to the company.

4. The purpose of the thesis. Development of technology for mining last turn rooms on the border of ore ans backfilling on the conditions of the Maleevsk mine.

5. Task of the thesis. Selection of the technological scheme for mining last turn rooms on the border of ore ans backfilling on the conditions of the Maleevsk mine providing decrease dilution.

6. Research methods. In carrying out the work used a complex method of research, including research proven methods such as analysis and scientific generalization of scientific and technical information, observation chronometer at the mining enterprises of the work of the process equipment, laboratory and pilot- scale studies.

7. The object of research. Winning and backfilling operations in the Maleevsk mine.

8. The scientific novelty

1. Substantiation of parameters of technology of mining the last turn rooms on the border of ore and backfilling to ensure the effective reduction of dilution.

2. Develop a methodology for calculating the main indicators of ore console and ore breaking technology to produce ore under the console.

9. Protected positions

1. The use of appropriate technology when mining last turn rooms on the border of ore and backfilling allows you to reduce the level of dilution to 17% or less.

2. Application of ore console when mining last turn rooms reduces dilution and increase production safety work.

3. Increasing the cost of preparation, threaded and drilling and blasting with the use of ore console in the last turn rooms offset by lower dilution.
