The waste management system of Nur-Sultan is a large-scale complex that provides the services such as waste collection, sorting, recycling and burial in the landfill. Secondly, it will be determined how the workers (legal, illegal and migrant) in the waste management sector confront the stigmatization of their profession. 1 By saying "the Uzbeks", a participant Talap means the citizens of Uzbekistan who came to Kazakhstan to search. work and better living conditions.

3 A landfill can be defined as “controlled disposal of waste on land; differentiated from waste. How does working in the waste management sector of Nur-Sultan affect the self-perception of an employee? In some countries, there is a social hierarchy in the informal waste management sector (Hartmann, 2012; Ravichandran, 2011; Hayami, Dikshit, & Mishra, 2006).

In his article “The Life and Times of Landfills,” Joshua Reno describes the image of an American landfill called Four Corners in Harrison, Michigan (Reno, 2016). Picture in front of the waste weighing facility in the landfill area (own photo). On the one hand, most landfill workers felt comfortable talking and sharing their life stories.

The company is one of the largest waste collection organizations in the city.

Employees in the office building have various organizational and bureaucratic responsibilities that help manage all landfill functions. Roughly, the main responsibility of landfill workers is waste disposal and disposal. In the case of the Nur-Sultan landfill, not all workers shower at the end of the work day.

At the end of the working day, they gather in one bus, joke and talk to each other. Another important point about the working conditions of the landfill workers relates to the distribution of milk. Another structural aspect of working conditions that directly affects workers' health and well-being concerns the work schedule of some of the workers in the landfill.

One of the experts told me that he used to work as a guard at the entrance to the landfill. It appears that there should be a reorganization of the work responsibilities of the landfill experts. On the one hand, a driver and a landfill manager are breaking company rules.

It was felt that the landfill workers had a strict relationship with the landfill manager. Employee organization and distribution of responsibilities ensure efficient working conditions at Clean City NC LLP. The company's infrastructure also positively affects the working conditions of Clean City's KK staff.

At the end of the work shift, each crew must return to the main office and wash the garbage machine. Also, the existence of such security guards guarantees the safety of the workers in the company and their working conditions. The infrastructure of Kaz Recycle Service LLP has many beneficial aspects that positively result in the working conditions of the workers.

However, the smells of the waste are everywhere due to the enormous amount of waste. The Akimat workers are the group of workers who come into least contact with waste in the waste management chain.

Reducing plastic bags could help reduce flying debris in the landfill area. Therefore, the concept of value is very deeply rooted in the waste management sector, because according to the changing values among people, the amount of waste in the Nur-Sultan landfill is increasing. Therefore, the concept of value can reveal how people can be treated as waste in the modern world.

This can happen not only in the waste management sector, but also in other professions. Some landfill workers are recognized as good workers due to personal qualities such as punctuality, healthy lifestyle and conscience. When Marat said that "money doesn't smell", he was trying to assert the productivity of money earned by working at the dump.

People who work in the waste management sector often associate with waste because they work with waste. The main idea of the episode is to show how the Uzbek migrants are valued in the waste management sector and examine their challenges and different fates. Despite the fact that Uzbeks in the waste management system receive low wages, there are still some prospects for professional growth.

It is not safe to clean up at the landfill as landfill waste handling as well as any waste may be unsanitary. These cultural values can be seen in their attitudes towards landfilled food. The interviewee mentions that the Uzbeks who work in the landfill are surprised by the throwing away of bread.

It is clear that Uzbek migrants in the waste management sector have different experiences and fates. Therefore, the concept of value is deeply rooted in the waste management industry, which defines their work in theoretical terms. They are forced to work in Nur-Sultan due to the diminished value of labor in the homeland.

Marie Kondo is a Japanese author of the book "The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up" and a professional in arranging, cleaning and organizing objects in the home. This negative relationship between waste and people's beliefs may also determine the role of waste in society. It stands to reason that young people aged 30 and under do not know about the waste management methods of the past.

The collapse of the Soviet Union and its further political and economic consequences have a significant impact on the waste management system in Kazakhstan. The change of the economic regime has triggered social transformations in the waste management habits of the residents of Nur-Sultan. Therefore, a change in the economic and political regimes has changed the infrastructure of the waste management system and the social perception of waste as a result.

It seems that my participant Sagimbay has determined the waste management system in Nur-Sultan as overindulgence due to the waste accumulation in the landfill. In addition, a research participant Zhamal expressed his opinion about the current situation in the waste management sector. The efficiency scheme may be similar to the waste management system in the Soviet Union described by the participants in this research.

The analysis of working conditions in chapter I sheds light on the operation and functions of the Nur-Sultan waste management system. Most of the employees in the waste management sector do not have formal higher education and most are male workers waiting for retirement or already retired. One such profitable method was the privatization of the landfill which plays a major role in Nur-Sultan's waste management chain.

The understanding of waste of Nur-Sultan residents conditioned by the economic and political system of the country. Therefore, the economic value of the objects is lowered due to the abundance of goods in the economy. As Nur-Sultan is the capital of Kazakhstan, it has a determining role in the development of the waste management system in the country.

Different cultural and religious (especially Islamic) beliefs in the waste management sector are common to the Central Asian states. Ultimately, this study examined the waste management system in Nur-Sultan from the perspective of the sanitation workers and the city's residents.
