The theme actuality. The metals currently used as the main structural materials are gradually destroyed by an external environment. Application of pigmented paint coating is the most common method of corrosion protection of metals, in most cases, the main function of anticorrosive pigments in coatings is performed.

The use of pigmented paints and varnishes for the purpose of corrosion protection products and give an appropriate presentation is continually expanding.

Therefore, we are constantly searching for effective anticorrosion pigments for replacing toxic. In this connection, studies on the production of pigments that are more resistant and availability of reagents, which are used in their manufacture, are the most relevant.

The goal of the work Based in the thesis the results of the possibility of obtaining a pigment based on titanium phosphate of titanium sponge and issued recommendations on the further use of this method.

The research objects. Titanium sponge

Scientific novelty of the work. - On the basis of experimental data of the dissolution kinetics of titanium sponge in solutions of phosphoric acid with different acid addition salt, which acts as a promoter. It is found that the value of the activation energy obtained by dissolving titanium sponge phosphate solutions with different additives promoter is in the range 40.09 - 42.45 kJ / mol. This indicates that the reaction proceeds in chgo kinetic region.

- Optimum parameters of the process of dissolution of the titanium sponge into a solution of phosphate additive promoter - promoter concentration 1 N, Temperature - 90 ° C, 60 hours of process time.

The work approbation, publications. Materials of the work presented in 3 publications in the scientific conferences, which were held in East Kazakhstan State Technical University. D.Serikbaev.
