So, an online survey was conducted among 116 customers at identified 'Food Truck Valley' in Klang Valley. Moreover, the relationship between food product quality and customer hygiene satisfaction is also found to be significant. The results obtained can contribute to the cleanliness practices among food trucks and as a basis for proper cleanliness practice guidelines for the Malaysian Food Truck Association to assure the consumers.

Viral/false/misleading experiences and information shared on the UGC platform can risk the birth process of millennial mothers where wrong decisions can lead to maternal mortality for both mother and baby. By addressing this phenomenon, this research seeks to understand how place of birth experiences shared on UGC platforms influence millennial mothers' place of birth decision-making and the extent to which millennial mothers trust the credibility of the source of information shared via UGC- platforms. The Burden of Environmental Noise in Minna, Nigeria: The Case of Resident Quality of Life. The implication of this study lies in the fact that due to urbanization and increasing mobility demands, it is doubtful whether noise exposure rates will decrease dramatically in the future if noise mitigation measures are not implemented to address noise problems. However, to improve residents' quality of life, a significant reduction in the number of people exposed to harmful noise levels is more likely to be achieved by combining measures such as the design of noise-absorbing buildings, technological advances, ambitious noise control policies and improved urban and infrastructure planning.

Finally, mapping out the fundamental challenges that housing developers face can contribute to a good solution by the government and reduce doubts among housing developers about making housing affordable.

Key Determinant Factors of Home Ownership among Young Civil Servants in Putrajaya

The results observed that the factors affecting home ownership were mainly due to income, with a cumulative mean score of 4.16, followed by location and price, with cumulative mean scores of 3.84 and 3.75, respectively. It is hoped that the study can contribute to the further improvement of the solution of home ownership problems among young civil servants in the Federal Territory of Putrajaya.

Variable Selection for House Price towards Hedonic Pricing Approach in Malaysia: A review

All the significant variables discovered in the empirical results are categorized into four functional categories: 'locality and neighbourhood', 'building structural', 'natural and environmental' and 'socio-economic or socio-cultural or social status' variables. The variable 'building structure' turns out to be the highest number of used attributes to understand the preferential quality of the house. This study will help the researchers to understand the implicit house characteristics at its value so that a proper data collection process, methods and models can be carefully considered when dealing with the hedonic pricing approach in the Malaysian context.

The results revealed that cook-chill meals produced consistent quality, flavor, taste and appearance of the food product. In contrast, quality control preserves the quantity of bacteria for food and nutrient safety. In addition to creating a new literature on the chef refrigeration system, the findings undoubtedly have several practical implications.

Staycation: A domestic wellness tourism among Malaysians and Singaporeans

Using IBM SPSS and SmartPLS as data analysis tools for this study, the results are expected to show positive outcomes of stay as a form of short-term wellness tourism experience. Determinants include sense of presence, quality of experience, hedonic motivation and psychological detachment, which are mediated by family status towards wellness tourism satisfaction. As the current study is only an exploratory study of staycations as a form of wellness tourism, future developments would examine the use of a qualitative approach for more in-depth findings with key stakeholders such as domestic hospitality providers and online travel agents.
