Kajian ini bertujuan menganalisa perbezaan taraf kepuasaan keija di antara pekeija pengeb.laran di organisasi-Jepun. dan pekeija pengeluaran di organisasi Jerman. Kajian

ABSTRACT

This study was conducted to examine the difference in job satisfaction of production workers employed in Japanese and German organizations. In addition it w:1s designed to sec the eflcct of demographic variables (age, sex, experience, income and m~rital

status) on job satisfaction of -employees in these two organizations. Using the •

·' questi.onnaire technique, data was collected fi:om 56 and 60 production workei·s

working in Japanese and Gennan organizations respectively. The results show that neither the ownership nor the demographic vaiiablcs influenced the job satisfa·ction scores.
