Building conservation has long been a concern, although its popular application is relatively recent in origin. The practice of building conservation includes acts which keep older building intact. The term 'older buildings' means historic buildings has significant cultural values and should be considered as a precious structural monument. It may have architectural, aesthetic, historic, archaeological, economic, social and spiritual values as well as narrative and documentary materials, which make us curious about other people and the culture that created it. Therefore, based on this research, it is understood that the states historical significance particularly built heritage is important in order to understand the conservation process and the management of the particular area to attract tourists and to create the awareness of the importance of heritage towards the state and the country.
