3 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Buraunies is a bakery business that sells brownies with 3 flavours. These flavours include classic brownies with chocolate, chocolate brownies mixed with strawberry and chocolate brownies mixed with almond. Classic brownies with chocolate are priced at RM10.00, while both chocolate brownies mixed with strawberry and almond are priced at RM15.00. The price that has been put really affordable with the portion that we give. Our business only focuses on online selling through Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp. Buraunies also founded by Muhamad Iman Haikal Bin Nasiren and Muhammad Rafizzul Bin Mohamad Hazreen on December of 2021. Besides that, our company also provides delivery services where the customers order our brownies online, then, we deliver it to their door. The delivery services make our customers feel convinient to order with us again.

7 3.0 INTRODUCTION OF BUSINESS

3.1 Name and Address of Business

The name of this is Buraunies. Buraunies is been found by Muhammad Rafizzul Bin Mohamad Hazreen and Muhamad Iman Haikal Bin Nasiren in September 2021. The type of this business are service in food and beverages. Buraunies are selling a Brownies that are homemade. The target audient of Buraunies are open to a any range of age because the product all range of age can enjoy it. Our working time are based on the order and open everyday with delivery.

Buraunies is been found by Muhammad Rafizzul Bin Mohamad Hazreen and Muhamad Iman Haikal Bin Nasiren and just two are currently in staff lineup. Have just two staff because this company are the new startup company. The business are just a small business with homemade brownies.

9 3.3 Mission / Vision

Mission :

1. Make delicious brownies with more choice types of flavour in the market.

2. Be the trustworthy brownies seller and make customers satisfied with our product.

3. To be the best brownies seller in Shah Alam area.

Vision :

Buraunies want to make the company a well known brownies seller around Malaysia and make customers taste the best brownies that they ever had.

3.4 Description of Products and Services

Our main product is brownies and related to our product name are buraunies that have been inspired by Japan people when they say a brownies name. Our products currently have three different flavours such as classic brownies with chocolate, chocolate brownies with strawberry, and chocolate brownies mixed with almond.

The classic brownies with chocolate. The basic flavour that all the sellers sell to the customer with the ingredient is chocolate chip, butter, eggs, flour, brown sugar, etc. the classic flavour is easy going with all types of people that love the brownies.

Chocolate brownies with strawberry are our unique flavour that we have. The strawberries are with the original ingredient and the strawberries we will make sure are fresh have been picked at Cameron Highland. Some people would like to taste a bit of sour from the strawberry with chocolate.

Chocolate brownies mixed with almond are the new flavour in the brownies flavour.

The mix with almonds has never been seen before with other sellers. Like strawberry, the

10 almonds are mixed with the original ingredients when we make the brownies. The variety of flavour will make customers more interested with our product because all people have different kinds of taste.

11 4.0 FACEBOOK POST

Buraunies officially started on Facebook as a medium to promote our business to the targeted customers. Facebook is widely known and has been used by millions of people.

Therefore, our Facebook page can connect us with a lot of audience. Apart from that, Facebook provides a small section for the customers to give feedback or enquiry about our products. The section is the comment which can be seen on our post. A lot of Facebook posts that have been delivered such as the teaser, hard sell and soft sell.

5.0 CONCLUSION

In the conclusion, Buraunies are aiming to give a best experience of brownies taste to the customer. Creating a Facebook page to promote our company and also promoting our product with the three main flavours. In the post we have made, we do a post such as teaser, soft-sell, and hard-sell.

By using the Facebook page platform, it is easy to promote our product to our target audience in that area. From using that platform, we are focusing on achieving our business mission and vision even if it is not easy for a new startup company to grow. Even having a hard time, Buraunies will stay to achieve what the company is aiming.
