EXECUTIVE SUMMARYFor this subject, Principals of Entrepreneurship, ENT530, we need to learn about copywriting strategy. The assigned activity, Social Media Report, requires students to select a product to sell or promote on social media platforms such as Facebook. As we all know, more than 70% of the world's population has a social media account via which they may communicate with others. We may also classify social media as one of the top platforms for engaging in internet business.
For this task, we decided to sell and promote sandwiches of Delicieux Treats Kuala Lumpur.
Delicieux Treats Kuala Lumpur is a new sandwich internet business that uses Facebook as its primary platform to conduct business online. The purpose of this business is food, and the target market consists mostly of families, office employees, students, and all other types of local residents. In reality, our sandwiches are worthy of being enjoyed by people of all ages because they are prepared in a wide range of menu options at very affordable price, making them an excellent choice for any sandwich lover or admirer out there. Sandwiches also are a popular lunch choice that is often carried to work, school, or picnics. To enhance the flavour and texture of the bread, it can be eaten plain or with condiments such as mayonnaise, mustard, and others.
To market our internet company or products, we may use one of two copywriting strategies. The first is hard-sell, which is a direct and demanding commercial language. It is regarded as a high- pressure and aggressive strategy for quickly persuading customers. The second approach is soft- sell, which uses more appropriate language, a consultative tone, and a non-aggressive method.
These strategies are utilised to attract more clients and encourage them to acquire our goods, as well as to raise awareness and deliver product updates. As a result, for our report, Facebook is utilised as a platform to advertise or sell our product to the general public utilising the copywriting skills learnt in class. Facebook is one of the greatest social media platforms for promoting online businesses since it has the most user accounts consists of all type of generation and various ages in the worldwide. As a result, it may assist internet businesses in reaching as many people as possible with their goods.

4.iii VISION / MISSIONHaving a firm mission and vision can assist give employees a sense of purpose whether you're managing a small one-person business or a massive multinational. An organization's purpose and vision are crucial to its overall strategy because they serve as the basis for its operational strategies and long-term objectives. Although the terms "mission" and "vision" are frequently used interchangeably, they actually refer to two different organisational components.
The organization's mission statement describes the company's operations, its objectives, and its approach to achieving those objectives. It focuses more on the company's current situation and the strategic initiatives it intends to take to meet its goals. A company's mission statement can be utilised to influence the culture of the business.
The vision statement anticipates the company's future, whereas the mission statement focuses on the more practical components of the firm. The company's desired direction is outlined in the vision statement. It aids in developing the organisational strategy for the business, in conjunction with the mission statement. Thus, this business’s mission and vision are stated as below:
Mission - To serve freshly homemade food with good quality and delicious experience at a reasonable price
Vision - To be customer’s favourite sandwiches where everyone can enjoy the quality ingredients at affordable prices
4.iv DESCRIPTIONS OF PRODUCTS
DelicieuxTreats KL is a company that sells several kinds of sandwiches and wraps. We are selling these products since we think they are quite well-known among consumers. This sandwich is affordable for a large population. When the customers order, these sandwiches are freshly cooked. Additionally, we employ Lalamove for delivery services, but customers can also self-pick up their orders at the designated address. Below are the descriptions of the sandwiches:

As we launch our company, it is our responsibility as a drop-shipper to set up a Facebook profile to advertise our goods and services to the Facebook users. By building a Facebook page, we can offer basic product information, images, and videos, but most significantly, we can increase brand recognition. Therefore, setting up a Facebook page is a smart approach to connect our company with customers online. We had written Facebook posts for the DelicieuxTreatsKL Facebook page that included similar products and included teasers, soft sells, and hard sells.

CONCLUSIONAs a whole, Delicieuxtreatskl is a small business run by two partners. The business has been selling sandwich food products, which are suitable for consumption by all ages. We have also promoted this Delicieuxtreatskl sandwiches through the Facebook page platform. We have also chosen sandwich because we find that these products are still popular with all groups, especially teenagers and office workers. So, we chose the sandwich from Delicieuxtreatskl because of the advantages that this product has, namely the premium and unusual sandwiches, the wide range choices of menu and its affordable price.
Starting a small business with potential social page like Facebook allows us to develop our entrepreneurial skills as well as our ability to work hard and persistently pursue our goals. Next, we may learn how to use and manage the Facebook page platform by running our own business.
We greatly benefit from this platform in attracting repeat consumers. This is due to the fact that we have said on our Facebook profile page that we can boost our target clients and potential customers of any age. Our clients are largely those who follow us on Facebook, as well as students, office professionals, and several other clients in the vicinity of Kuala Lumpur. We have had positive sales results thus far from our Facebook page.
In addition, expanding our business by promoting our goods on social media pages has advantages for both our business and for us personally. With the use of internet platforms like Facebook, we can now better our business knowledge and abilities by promoting, influencing, and informing customers to buy our products according to current business trends.
Therefore, as a beginner business that using Facebook page to promote our product, we discovered that we were able to reach some of our business objectives and target customers. We now hope that Delicieuxtreatkl's business target will expand and become known through other available social media in the future that will further enhance our marketing strategy.
