1. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop good working and business relationship with the outlets.
Responsible for managing existing and new customers.
Good negotiation skills with buyers in terms of purchase orders, in-store promotions, demonstrations, sampling as well as merchandising improvements.
Bring total customer service to the trade in terms of sales, merchandising, stock hygiene checks and contribution towards problems solving in trade.
Responsibility for achievement of sales targets and objectives in assigned territories (Achieve outlet and personal sales target)
Required to handle Sales and Collection.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales report
Provide feedback to management
Identify potential market segments to expand customer base.
To coordinate with supervisors on all the stocks replenishment
2. REQUIREMENTS:
Min. Primary / Secondary School / SPM Level / STPM Level / “O” Level in any field.
Experience in handling FMCG Key Accounts & Independent outlets at least one year
Those without FMCG experience but with a proven record in other industries are also encouraged to apply.

At least 1 year of working experience in Sales
Good communication skills in verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficient in both Mandarin and other dialects would be an added advantage.
Dynamic, pleasant personality with drive, enthusiasm and the ability to work independently.
Willing to learn, hardworking, able to complete task within timeline given.
Friendly, Cheerful, Aggressive, Able to push sales
Loves doing sales and meeting people
Able to prepare sales report and submit on time
Must possess own transport and willing travel especially within Malaysia
Willing to work on shift, weekend and public holidays
