Sponsorship Program For Master’s Degree and PhD Students
Are you interested to further your studies with a full-time PhD or MSc by research in the area of Semiconductor Technology/Materials/Physics/Photonics? OSRAM Opto Semiconductors is seeking for students to sponsor through full-time 3.5 years PhD or 2.0 years MSc study at top-class universities in the areas of technology that are relevant to our opto semiconductor business. The period of study could includ e collaboration with the OSRAM R&D teams in both Penang and Kulim to advance our understanding of Optoelectronics materials, designs and systems, and offer great opportunities for permanent employment within our R&D operations once study is completed.
•A scholarship amount of RM 50,000 per year (PhD) or RM 30,000 per year (MSc) will be awarded to successful student.
Requirements:
– CGPA 3.0 or above from Engineering or Science Degree.
– Willing to work in Semiconductor industry at OSRAM Opto Semiconductors after finishing studies.
– Good written & oral communication skills.
