i. Concrete-based (FGRC) decorative products though lighter than pre-cast concrete products are still heavy by weight averaging at 30- 35kg/m2. Besides handling, the loading adds up in the builder’s works from underground (i.e piling, ground beam) to above ground works (i.e loadbearing wall, steel framing)

Rice husk is fed into the pyro-clone as a secondary fuel in cement plant. The rice husk feeding rate is often limited by:

i. Not enough residence time, some husks are burned at the upper cyclones and causing the cyclone temperature to rise

ii. Poor husk distribution/ entering the pyro-clone iii. Incomplete rice husk burning also leads to

higher CO level at preheater outlet and endangering ESP operation

iv. Inappropriate rice husk feeding point may lead to husk accumulation and causes the duct (pyro- clone knee) to choke.

So, need to apply numerical method to address these problems.

Problem 1: MULTIPURPOSE APPAREL PACKAGING FOR STORES & SHIPMENT

- Need better packaging concept with branding and usable for shipping purposes.

- The packaging must be light weight (as shipping cost is proportionate to weight), transparent, at least on the front – so that customer can see the products in store. The same packaging can be used for shipping.

- For shipment, the packaging needs to be concealed for security purposes and has pocket for consignment note.

Problem 2: NON-FLIPPING SPORTS HIJAB

- We are looking for designs that do not flip when wearer jumps and runs in any weather condition.

- The weight of the hijab needs to be light and the fabric needs to be breathable as well.

Problem 3: SANDALS FOR ACTIVE MUSLIMAH

- Sandals made of material that is breathable with a design that covers the feet, highly breathable – practical for hot and wet weather.

Problem in handling the cooked paste and transferring the cooked paste into individual packaging. Specific issues on the process are:

i. When the paste is injected into an aluminum casing while being held by a worker, causing occasional accidents like piping hot paste dripping onto worker’s hand when the aluminum casing is not aligned properly.

ii. The injection machine sometimes faces clogging and this causes ununiformed distribution of paste into casings.

iii. The sealing also occasionally reopens and causes the paste to leak out.
