Senior Supervisor / Plant Superintendent
Responsibilities:
Provide promptly process and technical skill to the operation.
Analyzing process problems and process trouble shooting.
Optimize and provide engineering/technical support to existing or newly developed processes & equipment via simulation tools & design data.
Implement and monitor Plant Safety System, procedures & tools.
Co-ordinate with internal parties to ensure product and raw materials availability and acceptance at all times including during Plant Shut-down Maintenance (SDM).
Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all aspect of production operations to meet aggressive delivery and quality expectations and attaining optimum utilization of manpower, machinery and materials.
To prepare production schedule to meet the required sales forecast plan and to allocation manpower, materials and machine requirements according.
To establish quality standard operating procedure and ensuring productive output and met within budgeted cost.
Ensure good housekeeping at Machining and the work environment is safe and suitable.
To establish and document all optimized specifications (work methods, machine operating conditions, trouble shooting techniques, safety procedures and any other items) pertaining to each process.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Polymer Science with experience in process operations, process improvement/development projects.
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in Oleo chemical/ Chemical/ Palm Oil or related process industry.
Ability to calculate/verify process design, such as heat transfer, mass flow and capacity.
Strong in numeric data analysis, analytical thinking, planning, trouble shooting, process control and innovation skills.
Self initiative, proactive, able to lead/co-ordinate/execute interdepartmental projects/tasks and as well as able to work independently.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia

Operations Supervisor
Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Chemistry ,Mechanical or Electrical, with at least 2 year(s) of working experience in palm oil or Oleo chemical or chemical related industries
Applicants must be willing to work in Pulau Indah Responsibilities:
Supervises and coordinates day to day operational activities at proprietary terminal including product receipts, transfers, loading rack operations, tank field operations, quality control, routine maintenance, Operational Excellence
(OE)/Health Environment & Safety (HES), stock control and reconciliation consistent with clean, safe, reliable, efficient and environmentally sound operations.
Ensures compliance with OE/HES standards as well as compliance with standard operating procedures by all personnel under his or her supervision.
Ensures safe work practices are adhered to by all staff.
Responsible for execution of routine maintenance activities including the prioritization of work on a daily basis in support of reliability and cost management efforts.
Work with the Plant Manager on production plan and general maintenance inspection.
Managing and supervising a team of Production Operators in meeting production schedules & quality targets.
Responsible in carrying out the plan activity to make sure the machine is maintained.
Keeping the production floor disciplined.
Informing management all the update on the production floor.
Production Crews
Responsibilities:
Execute, check, follow-up and adjust the production activities from the control by following factory procedures.
Report the production processes to the supervisors.
Carry out loading and unloading of raw material.
Maintain the equipments/machine in the plant in a safe running condition.
Upkeep the general maintenance of facilities and machinery in the plant.
Participate in the company shutdown activities.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least SPM/SPMV/ certificate/Diploma in Engineering or any related field
Must be willing to work on shift.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Willing to work in West Port.
