The TPP was originally a free trade agreement (FTA) between the four Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) countries Brunei Darussalam, Chile, New Zealand and Singapore (P4). SECURITY
Malaysia's institutional arrangements in the economic field, however, do not exhibit the same kind of equilibrium.
