1 2 August 2021 7 February 2022*1 *1 This Supplemental Agreement is registered on this date to give further effect to the Commission Determination on the Mandatory Standard on Access, Determination No. 3 of 2016 and the following amendments or modifications to the principal Access Agreement.
Amendments to the principal Access Agreement are as follows:
1. To amend the definition of
“Effective Date” to exclude Commission’s notification in writing to either of the Operators upon registration as notification from Commission is not required under the MSA;
2. To remove Condition 3.1.3 (i) of General Terms and Conditions, Procedures for Requesting New Facilities and Services;
3. To amend Condition 3.4.3 of General Terms and Conditions, Procedures for Requesting New Facilities and Services;

4. To rectify a typographical error in Condition 3.6.1 (d) to be consistent with subsection 5.4.10 (c) of the MSA;
5. To amend Condition 3.6.1(d) of General Terms and Conditions, Notification of Rejection to the Access Seeker to ensure compliance with Subsection 5.4.10 (c) of the MSA;
6. To rectify numerical error in the header of General Terms and Conditions, Dispute Resolution Process;
7. To rectify numerical error of Terms and Conditions for Technical Matters, Forecasting, Meeting Forecast;
8. To amend Condition 2.2.2 of Terms and Conditions of Technical Matters, Ordering and Provisioning to ensure compliance with subsection 5.7.2 (e) of the MSA;

9. To remove Section IX from the index of Terms and Conditions for Technical Matters ;
10. To amend the header of Part A and B, Section III of Terms and Conditions for Non-Regulated Facilities and/or Services;
11. To amend Condition 2.1 of Part B, Section III, Mobile Network Origination and Termination of Terms and Conditions of Regulated Facilities and/or Services to ensure compliance with subsections 5.16.2 of the MSA; and
12. To extend the duration of the applicable prices in Part B, Section III of the agreement.
