(1) Operation Technician
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor the plant equipment operation
Plant patrolling and collect field data
Recognize and identify any situation or problem(s) that may lead to safety equipment and/or products quality
Check product sample and check the quality / make necessary adjustment to meet the specification
Check and identify plants equipment for maintain and raise work request
Carry out housekeeping and equipment cleaning
Issue safe work permit / safety watch
Start-up / Shutdown / commissioning of equipment
Log book recording & hand over
Assists at other areas when needed
Carry out assignment from superior
Check selected rotating equipment’s. Top up lube oil and seal oil when required.
Carry out selected flange tightening when required
Carry out routine preventive, corrective maintenance & monitoring on selected rotating equipment
Requirements:
Diploma in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Able to work on 12 hours Rotating Shift.
(2) Mechanical Technician
Responsibilities:
Maintain workshop machinery reliability and ensure excellence workshop machinery and tools’ room housekeeping.
To perform planned and preventive maintenance program
To involves in troubleshooting and repairing of rotating equipment.
To perform daily fabrication and machining activities & complete on time.
To assist supervisor to troubleshooting on equipment failures to determine root cause and implement corrective measures.
To perform other duties and responsibilities given from superior.
Requirements:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of hand-on experience in handling rotary machinery and precision machining using conventional lathe, milling, shaping, surface grinder and radial drilling.
Good knowledge in repair pumps, air compressors, heat exchangers, PSV & fabrication
Acquire skill in sharpening tools like drill bit and lathe related tool bits/cutter and creative in fabricate special tools holder when handling abnormal shape work piece.
Familiar with rotating equipment condition monitoring, mainly vibration analysis and lube oil analysis
Knowledge on Static equipment is an added advantage
Able to manage contractors with good people skill.
Able to read and interpret engineering drawing.
(3) Instrument Technician
Responsibilities:
Assist Instrument Superintendent in carrying out troubleshooting of equipment of repetitive failures.
Contact vendors for assistance in resolving difficult problem which require their specialized skills and knowledge Review the adequacy / availability of critical spare parts.
Plan, prepare and executive preventive maintenance programs on time based basis to enhance the reliability of the equipment.
Perform other duties as and when required and directed by Instrument Superintendent.
Actively manage controls activities on site during operation
maintenance, including but not limited to oversight of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and diagnostics of DCS auxiliary system
Understand PLC ladder logic, including basic understanding of how to navigate through ladder rungs while troubleshooting
Read and interpret electrical/mechanical flow and instrument diagrams
Provide knowledge of turbine instrumentation calibration, including various types of transmitters
Provide technical expertise to engineers, technicians, and operators
Ensure competence levels are maintained in line with DCS access accreditation and ensure any deficiencies are identified and
addressed through development plans.
Requirements:
Diploma in Electrical / Electronic /Instrumentation Engineering or Equivalent.
Min 5 years’ experience in instrumentation and control
(4) Lab Technician
Responsibilities:
To adhere and enforce safety rules and procedures by adopting established safety code and practices and regulatory requirements to ensure all employees working in safe & sound environment.
To carry out all laboratory/machine shop analysis / processes assigned by immediate supervisor as according to standard operating procedures and maintain all data generated.
Maintaining and replenishing the sufficient stock of
laboratory/machine shop equipment parts, chemicals, consumable items, glassware and others.
Maintain good housekeeping and discipline in the laboratory/machine shop and its vicinity.
To perform and report any abnormality during testing/ in laboratory/machine shop to the immediate superior.
To carry out equipment verification and maintenance tasks.
To assist in writing, implementing of operating procedures and work instruction.
To execute the assignments delegated by the supervisor competently.
Requirements:
Diploma in Science or Material Science.
Able to communicate in English.
Analytical or physical knowledge preferable.
Possesses data entry & basic computer knowledge.
Able to work independently and highly cooperative.
(5) Electrical Technician (Chargeman A0 - A4)
Responsibilities:
To execute corrective, preventive & shutdown maintenance work as instructed by superior
To perform switching, energization, isolations, troubleshooting and fault finding of electrical equipment
To periodically check & update critical spare parts inventory and propose additional critical stock requirement in warehouse
To maintain and ensure good housekeeping at plant site, substation and other electrical associated rooms
To carry out preventive maintenance on air conditioner units in the substations and plant premises
To perform motor greasing in accordance with running hour
To perform daily data recording of electrical equipment in daily log sheet for condition monitoring program
To attend any plant emergency electrical activities and carry out any other duties and responsibilities required by superior
Requirements:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering and A0 - A4 CHARGEMAN Certificate
Minimum 1-3 years working experience in Maintenance low and high voltage system.
Knowledge of electrical installation will be an added advantage.
(6) Mechanical Engineer (Rotating)
Responsibility
Preventive & Predictive Maintenance (PM) activities supervision &
execution
Planning on daily work based on preventive and predictive
maintenance schedule and communicate with plant operation team to execute PM activities
Provide comprehensive & concise report after finding
Interpret instruction manual & simplify into a checklist Requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Reputable University Or Equivalent
3 – 5 years’ experience in process / petrochemical / refinery life plant
Well verse in rotating equipment repair mainly pump, compressor, steam turbine, blower, fan, cooling tower, gearbox.
Certified with minimum Vibration Analysis ISO category 2 in a MANDATORY.
Familiar with SAP Maintenance Module
Familiar with rotating equipment condition monitoring, mainly vibration analysis and lube oil analysis (viscosity)
(7) Safety Engineer
Responsibilities:
To adhere and enforce safety rules and procedures by adopting established safety code and practices and regulatory requirement to all employees working in safe and sound environment
Conduct safety promotion, awareness with day-to-day monitoring and enforcement for safety procedures, rules and regulations to meet good safety standard
Day to day permitting approval for hot work, confined space entry, excavation works and any related safety permitting
Inspection of scaffolding, safety audits and other safety related activities
Conduct SOC for contractors, project punch listing and follow up with completion items of outstanding items
Requirements:
Degree in Chemical Engineering Or Equivalent
Attending SHO Course / Registered SHO
2 - 5 years experience in a petrochemical/ oil & gas/ heavy industry
Competent in Safety & Health technical knowledge
Well versed with OSHA legal requirements and other Industry Code of Practices
(8) Environment Engineer
Responsibilities:
Develops and implements Environmental Monitoring Program for Lotte Chemical Titan Complex.
Prepares and maintains the complete list of all Waste generated from Lotte Chemical Titan Complex.
Plans and conducts in-house audit and leads the team to investigate when the monitoring results show non-compliance and advices plant personnel on corrective actions.
Establishes, plans and conducts Environmental Awareness Program for plants employees.
Prepares monthly report on waste generated, effluent, sewage and other environmental monitoring at Lotte Chemical Titan Complex and develops programs to reduce waste generation.
Leads and ensure continuous and effective implementation of ISO14001 EMS.
Coordinates and work closely with Technical engineers to identify and upgrade the existing environmental facilities to meet the DOE standards.
Designs and organizes internal responsible care award programs.
Establishes, provides and participates with Lotte Chemical Titan management in communicating with Public and Government agencies in matters pertaining to environment.
Actively supports, reviews and provides necessary technical
information and guidance on the DEIA and EMP of the new projects in coordination with the project team and DOE registered
consultants.
Closely monitors project sites to ensure compliance to the DEIA/EMP requirements on the mitigation measures and environmental
monitoring especially during construction, commissioning and operation.
Requirements:
Degree in Chemical Engineering / Environmental Engineering At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field in petrochemical plant
Familiar with the Environment Act and its Regulations
Preferably knowledgeable on ISO14001 EMS
With experience in biological waste water treatment plant is an advantage
Preferably with Ce-PIETSO( waste water treatment plant) and Ce- PSWaM (scheduled waste management)
(9) Procurement / Purchasing Executive
Job Description
Source, evaluate and select reliable vendor according to company purchasing policy and procedure
Negotiate with vendor for best terms, conditions (price, delivery, quality and services)
Maintain an effective bridge between vendors and user dept to ensure relevant information conveyed
Give suggestions or constructive ideas and solutions to dept manager when necessary
Handle quality rejection and other problems with vendors
Handle the assigned purchasing section’s procurement function and routine matters
