1. Tenderer shall be a local company registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM); and
2. Tenderer shall be registered with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) with minimum G5 license.

1. Pre-register your company’s representatives at msmart.mcmc.gov.my before 5:00 p.m. on 24 September 2020.
2. All interested tenderers who attend the Site Visit Session are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Please bring the NDA during the Briefing Session.
3. Only two (2) authorised representatives from each tenderer are allowed to attend the sessions.
