SENIOR CONSULTANT
(SOCIAL AND DEVELOPMENT STUDIES)
Responsibilities:
• Lead the Sector and manage consultants & the technical experts
• Train the team in research method/ client engagement
• Coach and provide technical guidance to team members
• Ensure the overall growth of the Sector’s client base
• Ensure that sector target revenue is met
Requirements:
• Masters/ Doctorate in Social Studies/ Economics/ Human Resources Development or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years working experience in consultancy and project management with proven achievements in prior employment
• Excellent organizational, resource management and communication skills

ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT
(SOCIAL AND DEVELOPMENT STUDIES) Responsibilities:
• Provide assistance and support for team members and project manager
• Ensure accurate and timely compliance with knowledge management, administrative and financial requirements.
• Complete project work assigned by project leader or lead consultant on a timely basis.
• Participate in preparing client reporting and internal status updates.
• Participate in preparing department annual business plan
• Communicate effectively with project team and client and keep project information up to date.
• Travel to client engagements on a regular basis as per project requirement
• Effective working relationship with team members and the client.
Requirements:
• Degree/Masters in Social Studies/ Economics/ Human Resources or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years working experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office, research methods, research application (SPSS, etc), report writing, effective interpersonal communication, time management
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Social Science or equivalent
• Highly independent and mobile
