•Please note that all of these issues are late.
•In general, for an annual journal, an issue received more than one month after the publication date will be considered late.
•We need to receive issues as and when they are published, not all in one package.
•We do not evaluate back issues.
Each journal goes through an extensive evaluation process before being selected or rejected for coverage.
Nancy Thornton, Editor, Editorial Development, Thomson Reuters
•Many factors are important in selecting a journal for coverage.
•Overall content, format, citation data, and our present coverage of the discipline are but a few of the guidelines used to evaluate a journal.
•I strongly recommend the essay on the selection process at:
http://thomsonreuters.com/products_services/science/free/essays/j ournal_selection_process/
•In general, we need to review a minimum of 3 consecutive on-time issues of a journal, received as and when they are published, to complete an evaluation.
Hoping sound and encouraging
•Please continue to send issues until you receive an evaluation result.
