In any 16 creative economy sub-sectors in Indonesia, the culinary sub-sector contributed 41.69 percent to the gross domestic product of the creative economy. The Creative Economy Agency predicts that the gross domestic product growth of the creative economy industry sector in 2018 will increase by 6.25 percent.

Based on this information, it is necessary to develop community resources to increase the creative economy, especially the culinary sub-sector which is growing rapidly. The village community is one of the components that must be prepared in developing the creative economy in Indonesia. Village communities can be empowered to be able to develop village potentials and assess their bargains for achieving an independent village in the economic field (Eko, 2002). 1. Introduction

Indonesia is an agricultural country that is rich in natural products, soil conditions, and a season that fits perfectly with agriculture. The agricultural sector is to support the life of millions of Indonesian people to meet their food needs. However, the average Indonesian people consider farming a job small. They think that the life of farmers is less than prosperous. If we can make good use of and master all techniques in matters of farming, the people will not think like that.

Indonesian Agriculture great job capable of contributing to a contribution country. This sector also needs to be one of the main components in the program and government strategies to alleviate poverty. Based on Statistics Indonesia (BPS) until February 2017, the population who work in the agricultural sector is 39.68 million people or 31.86 percent of the total working population, which amounts to 124.54 million. Other employment sectors that absorb a lot of labor are the trade sector (29.11 million people or 23.37 percent) and social services (20.95 million people or 16.82 percent). (BPS, 2017)

Bantarsari Village, Bogor Distric, West Java is a guava farmer village crystal. This crystal guava is then used as processed food ingredients by the public. Already many residents are skilled at making various foods and a drink made from crystal guava. However, it is a pity they only can market products around the Bantarsari Village area. They have barriers and difficulties in accessing marketing outside the region. That matter our supporters to present a container that is packaged in a form mobile application to provide education and also as a forum for people in Bantarsari Village, Bogor Distric, West Java to get it markets one of the genetically modified products, namely crystal guava.

Crystal guava also has sufficient nutritional content for daily nutritional needs, one of which is the content of vitamin C in guava per 100 grams of about 280% of the daily value of vitamin C received by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia (2013). According to The Indonesian Ministry of Agriculture's Food Consumption Database (2019) Currently, this type of crystal guava is starting to be known by the people of Indonesia, and many people who want to try and want to know this crystal guava. Crystal guava is much sought after and liked it because it is practical to eat. Many farmers have started gardening this crystal guava. In Karawang, as many as 100 guava plants have been planted in paddy fields, in Semarang, Central Java 40 guava crystals have been planted since 5 months ago, in Dlanggu Mojokerto there are 400 plant populations while in Bogor, West Java 500 guava seeds are planted which is by opening New gardens. The author chose Bantarsari Village because this area is one of the center's producers of crystal guava in Indonesia. We bring Go Savage to provide a container in the marketing of crystal guava and also education to get it to produce optimal products and increase commercial value.

Crystal guava is in great demand by consumers compared to other guava varieties so that it has high development prospects (Damayanti, 2016). By empowering the Family Welfare Programme to produce products that are more valuable and can later be marketed through the Go-Savage application for local wisdom, starting from crystal guava can be distributed outside the region while increasing the economy of the people of Bantarsari Village.

Figure 4: Splash screen and initial views of the "Go Savage" application

The Go Savage application is here as a solution to maximize the business of producing crystal guava in the association of Bantarsari Village. The advantage of this application is that it provides special services to market products outside the Bogor, West Java area where the products that are marketed are original from Bantarsari Village and are rarely found. This application can be used by anyone with features that are easy to use (user friendly) and can be downloaded from the Play Store. Especially for the Play Store, you can only download the Go Savage application for customers. Meanwhile, for the patented server, there is only one owner specifically for the Bantarsari Village guava business association.

The author uses resources from members of the youth organization in Bantarsari Village to be trained as a server for the Go Savage application. So, the authors plan to empower members of youth organizations who will later hold sales marketing positions using the Go Savage application.

Then the Family Welfare Programme will be empowered to become the main producer, which will be marketed by members of the youth organization through the Go Savage application.

4.6 The Application "Go Savage" for Consumers

The initial feature is Home. In the consumer's Home feature, there are six kinds of content, namely Pay Savage, Edu Savage, Chit Chat Savage, Give Away Savage, Detect Savage, and About Savage. Pay Savage functions to purchase Bantarsari Village products. Edu Savage is useful for providing education to consumers related to the cultivation of crystal guava. Chit Chat Savage as a medium of communication between producers and consumers in terms of transactions. Give Away presents Savage with challenges that can be followed by all consumers with the aim that Bantarsari Village products can be distributed. Detect Savage is content that can track the delivery of goods that we order by utilizing Global Positioning Satellite (GPS). The last one is About Savage to provide information about the Go Savage application.

(10)

Figure 5: Display of Initial, Pay Savage, and Edu Savage for consumers

Figure 6: Display of Detect Savage, Giveaway Savage, Chit Chat Savage, nd About Savage for consumers.

Especially for Pay Savage, consumers can view product details that they will buy by simply clicking on the name of the product to be purchased. Apart from the Home feature, there is also a user profile feature. In the user, profile feature consists of order history content, ready goods schedule, notifications, ratings, help center, and settings. Order history serves to record all transactions that have been made between consumers and producers. The goods schedule is ready to contain any products that still have stock in stock. Notification functions to provide notification for the item receipt number, the order has been processed, the order has arrived or is on its way.

Ratings are used to provide ratings from consumers for the performance of the Go Savage application. Then the help center is useful for reporting system errors or other forms of complaints regarding the Go Savage application. The last is the setting serves to change or edit consumer personal information.

(11)

Figure 7: Display of Pay Savage product detail (left) and user profile (right).

4.7 The Application "Go Savage" for Servers

Not much different from the home content of consumers who have Pay Savage, the difference is that for servers, there is content Pre-Order (PO) Savage. PO Savage functions to record incoming orders from consumers. There are four types of icons as shown in the info column. The checklist icon indicates that the order has arrived at the customer. The motorbike icon indicates that the item is on the way using a courier service. The truck icon also indicates that the goods are traveling by truck (in bulk). The envelope icon indicates that a new order has arrived. Besides, there is also a slight difference in the user profile feature for the server, namely, there is order history content, ready goods schedule, notifications, complaints, and settings. Order history serves to record all sales transactions that have been made. The goods schedule is ready to contain any products that will be included in the inventory. Notification functions to receive a notification when the goods have arrived at the consumer. Complaints are useful for receiving complaint reports from consumers. Then the settings function to change or edit the manufacturer's information.
