This task was assigned to us to fulfill the requirements for the subject Principles Of Entrepreneurship (ENT530). We would like to express our appreciation to Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) for including this assessment as we gained a lot of knowledge about how to start a business, the cost it takes and the risk of business in the real world of economy.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Arin’s Postre is a bakery business that are sell Mamasab Bakery product. We choose a general name so that we can expand our career as a dropshipper not only for one brand. Our main goal is to be the best dropshipper that provides prompt and excellent services to meet the needs of the customer. We chose to sell Mamasab Bakery goods because they provide delicious and delectable goods at reasonable prices that will please our customers.
Arin’s postre business members consist of Nur Arissya Putri Binti Mohd ZamZam and Nurin Amirah Binti Mohammad Azhar. On June 1, 2022, we launched our company online. Our primary platform is Facebook, where we draw customers with different marketing images (hard-sell) that also include some knowledge (soft-sell). According to customer reviews, they were happy with our services, which included helping them choose a cake and ensuring that it would arrive on time. We sell cake, cupcakes, and cookies made by Mamasab Bakery. In the meantime, we made the decision to concentrate on cake sales and will continue to advertise other products in the future.
Arin’s postre target market are Kuala Lumpur and Selangor community, dessert lover and young aged 18-40 years old people.On the other hand, to compete with other dropshipper of Mamasab Bakery, we will provide online member card to the loyal customer to get lower price. This is our unique value to ensure that our customers will come back to us for future orders. For the first month of operation, we successfully made a sale of RM 80. We will broaden our marketing efforts in the future to include platforms like Instagram, Twitter, and Telegram in order to reach more people.

Arin’s Postre is a partnership business form. The partnership members consist of Nur Arissya Putri Binti Mohd ZamZam and Nurin Amirah Binti Muhammad Azhar, we are an active partner that manage and operate this business together. We start to operate on 1st June 2022. Arin’s Postre is a registered business with Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM). Our target market is the dessert lover, Kuala Lumpur and Selangor community, the young aged 18-40 years old people. Arin’s postre is a dropshipper of Mamasab Bakery. Our registration number is 987654313. Our long-term goal is to be the fast and excellent dropshipper that serves the customer.
The history of this business is that Arin's Postre partner members are dessert lovers who are constantly looking for new dessert flavors, which is how our partnership business got its start.

Arin’s Postre is a business name that was decided based on the combination name of the partnership, Arissya and Nurin. Postre, on the other hand, is a French word that means dessert and something sweet. We made the decision to use it to poetize our main selling items, which are desserts. Our tagline is ‘indulge in the sweetness’, to let our customers enjoy the pleasure in our product.
Arin’s Postre address is Our base location business are around Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
We are an online business dropshipper of Mamasab Bakery. Therefore, we will take orders around Kuala Lumpur and Selangor and transfer the order to the branch to do the order. Our main platforms are Facebook and Whatsapp.

4.4 DESCRIPTIONS OF PRODUCT
Arin’s Postre is a business that offers a variety of cakes from Mamasab Bakery with affordable price and luxurious taste. We sell Mamasab Bakery’s cakes as dropshipper because we believe that our products are marketable among dessert lovers.
As we are selling cakes from Mamasab Bakery, we have expanded the product line where we are not only offering normal delivery. We also offer special delivery for our beloved customers for them to choose. The special delivery is a bouquet package which they can add on to surprise their beloved person for any occasion. We provided cash on delivery, online delivery and also self-pickup for our customers. They can choose any kind of method and we will right away give the best service to them.
Not only that, Mamasab Bakery gives discounts to customers most of the time for selected cakes. We also provided 5% discounts for our 3 early birds . Customers can choose to write a five word wish on top of the cakes with a beautiful design. We make sure customers get excellent service from us.

4.0 CONCLUSION
Arin's Postre is a dropship business under Mamasab Bakery that sells a variety of cakes via a Facebook page. By managing our business page through a Facebook page, we are able to market and advertise our products as well as raise awareness of our established brand among Facebook users, not only for those who live close to our business location but also for every customer who lives in Malaysia. We can also post the most recent information about an event or commercial activity through this type of platform.
Additionally, it has advantages for both our company and for us personally because we may learn about the food industry's business trends. Other applications were also utilized by us to alter our posts. We can improve our IT knowledge and abilities by doing that. By keeping up with the present development in our nation, it will avoid us from being an out-of-date businessman and instead help us grow.
As a result, we were able to accomplish some of our objectives as a start-up company using our Facebook page, and we will keep working to accomplish all of Arin Postre's Postre targets in the future by expanding and running our business through other available social media and as well as improving our marketing strategy.
