1.2 Summary to Health Promotion
Our group 10 consists of 9 first year medical students and 4 second year nursing students,

did our health promotion programme in the Kampung Kata Klias, Beaufort from 24th August 2016 until 2nd September 2016.We have came up with our slogan, "Your Health is Our Concern" that indicate their current health are important to us and we have to educate and advise them about healthy lifestyle.
The Health Promotion program was launched at Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences by Prof. Dr. Ahmad Faris on 24th August 2016, ift-tAe morning.
On arrival at Kg Kata Klias, we checked in to our home stay (booked), than visited the Ketua Kampung to begin the Rapid Rural Appraisal (RRA). We had invited the villagers to join and to participate in the activities that we have planned during the 10 day's health promotion.
During our stay in the village, we did our rapid rural appraisal (RRA) to get general overview about the region and identified health problems and by the gathered informa regarding the problems and promoted the health of the villagers. The various ways that we carried out are:
1. Rapid Rural Appraisal (RRA) which includes the house to house visit, direct or field observation, key informant interview, group meeting interview and discussion, health screening and also the social mapping.
2. Health education and health awareness by means of the exhibitions, talk, indoor and outdoor activities that had been participate by the villagers from various age groups.
3. Nutritional modification. As we met more students than the villagers quantity, so that we focus more among students. For instance, talk on healthy diet and

food pyramid and some instance healthy menu that is affordable and can be prepared by the students' parents.
4. Lifestyle and behavioural changes. For example, exhibition and talk for
Hypertension and Diabetes Mellitus as that is the most common problems among the villagers.
5. Motivational activities. We also give motivations talk for the school children for Form 1, 2 and 4.
