During this ODL, this particular task challenged our ability physically and intellectually. So I want to thank in particular all those of us who led us through this task, particularly my classmates, directly and indirectly. We hope a wonderful result may be achieved. Other than that, I want to thank my loving family, who constantly support my position and understand it.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
AISKRIM.MY BY AYSA has been created and sell by Nur Aisyah Binti Likam and located at Kg Tengah Paya Redan, Pagoh, Muar Johor Malaysia. The founder of this business is Nur Aisyah itself and there have another three workers who are responsible as an accountant, promoter, and rider. They sell Aiskrim Malaysia with two main flavors, classic and premium flavors. Under classic flavor there have “asam bhoi, anggur, sarsi, laici and oren”. Premium flavor there have “choki choki, jagung susu, milo, sirap bandung and cumi”.
There have different prices following the flavor, for classic flavor, the price is RM 0.80 and the premium flavor is RM1.00. The delivery cost starts from RM2 based on the area.
The highest demand from the customer was Choki choki flavor. We also use the quality of milk. Customers can make orders through social media applications like WhatsApp and Facebook messenger. This business has their rider or customer also can self-pickup especially for those who stay around and do not want to spend on delivery’s cost. We also post any information that connecting to Aiskrim.My by Aysa

Other than that, our mission to provide a variety of flavour and make any generation love this concept of “ aiskrim Malaysia” by Aiskrim.My.

Our vision to insure the product at the highest level of quality and being the best in every thing we touch and handle. In the meantime, we tend to be creative, inovative and inventive on releasing products that the public would love to enjoy.
2.5 Description of product and service :
Aiskrim.My by aysa is the homemade classic and famous ice-cream in Malaysia that made by owner using the special recipe that containts sugar, condense milk, various of cordial flavour, and so on. Aiskrim.My by aysa come with variation of flavour and cheap such as flavour grape, corn, choki choki, milo and many other. For the target customer, they target all generation of people. The product sell by cash on delivery and self pick up.
The customer need pay RM2 charge for cod accordance to area.
2.6 Price list
For the price we devide by two the classic and premium price. For the classic price all the flavour RM 0.80 sen while the premium all the flavour RM 1.00.

As a conclusion, AISKRIM.MY BY AYSA was have their own loyal customer. The highest demand or high seller from this business is Choki Choki Flavor which means for this flavor customer always bought extra and repeat oder. The delivery is around Pagoh and Pagoh Jaya. Majoriti for our customer they choose to self pick up. In Aiskrim.My by Aysa Facebook page, we also posting some of the informatio to give a good knowledge about the product and benefits eat or drink cool things. We really taking care about quality and make sure customer satisfied with the product. This small business give me experiences and knowledge about business.
