ABSTRACT
Property of inheritance is one of the properties of the heirs and it will result in a split between families. It will also result in the property becoming frozen because no heirs will manage the property. Wills is a statement which is made by someone wish after they die and the hibah is a statement made by someone wish during life. Wills and hibah is certain of the way to distribute the wealth without using the faraid system because it is much easier than the faraid system. This study is to know the awareness of the property planning among the mosque pilgrims that they are aware or not about the wills and hibah. Other than that, this study also to identify the level of understanding of property planning among mosque pilgrims of Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah which is the researcher want to know the level of understanding about the wills and hibah among the pilgrims. Therefore, the researcher also has a suggestion the solution how to attract Muslims to use wills and hibah among them which is the researcher want the Muslims know about the wills and hibah and apply in their life. Besides that, this study is using the quantitative method by using the survey questionnaire and the total of the questionnaire is 50 respondents has been answered by the mosque pilgrims.

First of all, I would like to thank you to Allah SWT for mercy and guide with has enlightened me with an open heart and mind to successfully go through the obligation of seeking knowledge. Indeed, the Prophet SAW traditional which said about the hierarchy of man on the side of Allah's eyes, which is the highest level of man is being knowledgeable, or knowledge seeker, or knowledge listener, or at least knowledge lover, but not others.
Graduate study is a very self-handled journey. Through all hurdles, I felt stronger and stronger every time I fall. The last testament of my wise dad was "Go and seek knowledge with no end!" and it was buried in my heart forever. I started at once upon a time, with my mom who was always beside me to motivate and inspire me to achieve the highest level of knowledgeable man or ulama. Sincere hearted thanks go to my beloved family and friend thanks for being very understanding and most of the time being very supportive and entertaining to reduce my stress during this research being conducted.
Praise is to Allah, Lord of the universe who gives the blessing and strength to complete this project paper for final year project paper. First of all, I would like to express my deepest and sincerest appreciation to Ustazah Azizah Binti Zakaria senior lecturer at Academy of Contemporary Islamic Studies (ACIS), my supervisor for this research project who supervised me tolerantly and patiently by providing valuable guidance, advice, support as well as motivation from the very beginning until the complete of this research.
