Nattrinai is one of the collection of poems in Sangam Literature. It has a total of 400 poems. Among them, for 54 poems their poet names were unknown. This articles explored the personality of the poets (54 poems) in two stages. One is the purpose of the poets and the knowing the personality, the second one is their method of knowing the personality. The personality traits of the poets have been compared with the opinions of scholars about their personality.
