Prof Dato’ Dr. Syed Mohamed Aljunid
Professor Dato’ Dr Syed Mohamed Aljunid is the first Professor of Health Economics in Malaysia and Founder of ITCC-UKM. He is the first Malaysian to obtain PhD in Health Economics from London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. His main interest is in the strengthening of health care system of developing countries through research and development in health policy, health economics and financing. He has worked and supported more than 20 countries worldwide on health economics and financing projects.
Assoc Prof Dr Amrizal Muhammad Nur is a Professor of Health Policy and Management at Faculty of Public Health, Kuwait Univeristy .His main interest is to assist developing countries in casemix management implementation and cost analysis in Health Care System through research and development in health economics and financing.
Assoc Prof Dr Aniza Ismail is Head of Quality Department, Hospital Canselor Tuanku Muhriz, Medical Lecturer, Public Health Consultant and Head of Health Management Unit, Community Health Department UKM. She obtained her PhD in Public Health from National University of Malaysia. Her main interest is Clinical Pathways, Quality of Healthcare and Health Economics.
Assoc Prof Dr Azimatun Noor is the Head of ITCC-UKM and a Senior Lecturer of Community Health Department UKM.
She obtained her PhD in Public Health from National University of Malaysia. Her main interest is Health Economics & Financing and Health Management and Quality.
